Le Numéro 7 - Brasserie Moderne

November 2020: Amazing ingredients and flavours and service (especially Olivier!) August 2021: Amazing experience once again! Sophie manages to hire only top-notch waiters and waitresses! (Thank you Philip) The menu was slightly modified, but the variety of ingredients and flavors remain outstanding and unique! I strongly recommend going in a group of 4 people and sharing! You'll get to taste a symphony of flavors! The carrot cake shooter was a terrific suggestion to seal the deal. Even the music was awesome, progressing from Electronic/Dance to Hip-hop/Rap.

The food was great. Amazing French fries. The bao-bun was delicious. And I was full after. The beer was okay. If you enjoy micro brasserie style. We were lucky enough to be seated upstairs in a more quiet location rather then on the main floor which I find was way too loud to have a conversation.

Last Thursday night we were in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu after a long day of driving and just wanted to sit down for a nice meal. The challenge: we had our dog Piet with us, and it was nearly 30°C outside. Our first stop said a firm no to bringing Piet onto the patio. Thankfully, we then found Le Numéro 7 — and what a difference! Not only did they warmly welcome Piet onto their patio, but they even brought him a bowl of water and his very own appetizer. The service was outstanding. The manager checked in with us several times, and a special thanks to Sofia Mosquera, who looked after all three of us so kindly and professionally. The food was equally impressive — the Duo de tartares was absolutely delicious. Thank you to everyone at Le Numéro 7 for turning what could have been a stressful evening into a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We had a bad experience here about a year ago. I'm REALLY glad we gave it another chance, because our experience today was exceptional. Thanks to the thoughtful service of our waitress, Erica, my father's 90th birthday was a memorable experience. The atmosphere was lovely and food was delicious. We will be back!

This was our fourth time back and once again thoroughly elated and satisfied by the refined culinary delights we sampled . We always order multiple plates and share , this time amongst four friends . A shout out to our sweet waitress Sarah - professional, friendly service . We'll definitely be going back again .

Really impressed by everything about this restaurant! The service is impeccable and they even took the time to talk about the restaurant. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. Was very surprised by the portion size. Ordered 3 dishes to share and we had a lot more than we expected. The cleanliness is also A++, they put a lot of care in disinfecting everything between clients and i really appreciate that, especially in these times (covid). Highly recommend this restaurant and if i could give 6 stars i would!

It was our first time out since the whole Covid pandemic stay at home thing. We were impressed the moment we stepped in. True to its name, the vibe was of a moderne twist on the old tavern atmosphere, where the main focus relies on its bar section. Our table was reserved on the dinning room side (kid friendly). I highly suggest you call before rather than just showing up the place was packed. We started off sharing the kale Cesar with poached egg in the center. (It’s a must!!) My wife had the cod, well portioned and astonishingly presented, and I ordered the ribs and some sticky rice. Serve as a half rack, had I known I would of order it as a full rack...the taste outweighs the cost. And the best part of the whole experience that night was the dessert. Hint hint go for their take of the fried Mars bar.... Indulge my friends indulge!!! All in all it’s a must for anybody remotely close to it. A 45 min drive well spent!

Amazing restaurant where the food is excellent!!! The service is fast and attentive. The staff is really kind and they sure do know how to make sure that everything is perfect for you! Would recommend

Wow, tasty food, outstanding service what more can you ask for. The Bastos poutine is a must, made with Portuguese chicken and a splash of piri piri sauce... delicious!
