What a find - this food truck is amazing and made me want to stay in Fort Stockton longer. Incredible birria tacos, rich beef consommé, lush pork quesadillas and superb hot salsa.
We Googled places to eat off i10 on our way to Corpus Christi and we were not disappointed. We ordered the 'papas preparadas' (fries,avocado, carne, cheese, jalapeños, cilantro, red onions, and two salsas) and mini quesadillas. The food was prepared quickly. It was so good that I only thought to take a picture halfway through the meal, and the kids already ate their quesadillas. It was nice to have dessert conveniently located in the same parking lot.
I got the Pizza Birria and it was freaking awesome! Took 5 minutes to prep it came with everything it needs to be absolutely awesome! So glad I stopped here.
I was stuck in this small town for a few days and I ate here almost everyday. This place is delicious! I’ve tried a lot of birria tacos and they know how to get down !
Food truck! Some of the best birria tacos I’ve had! It’s a cute spot with outside seating and a cute drink/ dessert place beside it. You get 4 tacos with meat and cheese and a small soup to dip them in with some good spicy sauces on the side. Red onions and cilantro on the side with a lime to squeeze on top! These tacos almost melt in your mouth! Would definitely recommend. I’m in Fort Stockton for work and me and my co works love stopping my the truck for dinner at the office!! They are closed Monday’s and Tuesday’s unfortunately, but food is fantastic! Quesadillas are also amazing!
I wish we took photos but we got churros which I have been craving for months! They were perfect and fresh. My boyfriend finished his two within minutes. The girls are so sweet and friendly!! This is definitely an establishment worth visiting. We will be back next year. Important to note- bring cash.
Wow. Pizza Birria? Yup, I thought it was a typo too. But it’s a must-have. Feeds two! The birria is super authentic and the Gomez family are all super nice. Ingredients are fresh and atmosphere in the ice cream place is great on a hot day. Other fun things are the birria ramen and the dozens of ice cream treats and sweets. Wish they were open before 3 but it’s worth the wait to skip your lunch!
We were passing through on a cross country. We wanted a quick meal but not fast food. We saw the reviews that this was a NOT miss. We didn't realize it was a food truck, with an indoor ice cream shop that you can take your dinner inside. We has the birria tacos and they were outstanding. They gave lots of fresh cilantro, birria sauce and a spicy green and yummy red sauce. This was exactly what we wanted. Excellent gourmet food quickly. Lots of locals were stopping by so you know its a favorite. 100% recommend.
