My mother and I used to visit this place frequently for dinner or lunch. During lunch they are not very busy and depending on the day, dinner is not very busy either. This places sits on a river with indoor or outdoor seating (weather permitting.) The staff are very friendly and quick to serve. The atmosphere is very pleasant.
So today was my first time being inside this location since the old Firestone tire shop closed down. Never ate at the Firestone grill or this current place before. Ordered catfish was maybe just a little under cooked but was still very good. Delicious carrot cake! Guess my only complaint would be that they don't serve coke only Pepsi products. However they do have Doctor Pepper on tap. Would and will eat hear Again.
My Young Beautiful Bride and I visited the River View Restaurant in Logansport for an early lunch. We have eaten here many times before and we absolutely love it, fantastic selection, friendly people, wonderful atmosphere.
Our fun adventure through Indiana we ended up here. We got really lucky because the food was delicious!! Friendly waitress and great view of the river.. recommend this place 5⭐s
Great food, clean bathrooms, kid friendly food items and staff. With a great view. Prices were good with sizable portions, definitely coming back next time I’m in the area!
This was a fantastic find! It's a lot of standard café food with a splash of Mexican. We had the Chili Cheese Omelet, the Hungry Bubba, and the Hawaiian Omelet special - everything was awesome. You can also get French toast on the side instead of regular toast. The food came fast and the place is ????????????????, with two floors of seating.
We went there for breakfast as a family Sunday and it was great! The waitress was very friendly and took our orders promptly. Our food was prepared quickly. Everything we ordered tasted just right. Fresh ingredients were used and we enjoyed our breakfast a lot! Will definitely be back.
Let me just say this: the prices are so good (I'm from Northshore Illinois though). The portions are HUGE, and we chose a window seat next to the river. Our server was sweet and had her standard Midwestern hospitality. Everything was just smooth and easy. I recommend!
