Roma Pizza

Over the counter pizzeria in downtown Pottsville, PA. Food was fresh and excellent. We tried the Sicilian and Chicago style pizzas and loved both. Definitely recommend doing in for lunch and dinner if you're ever in the area.

I'm originally from the Skook and had never eaten here before. My fiance and I stopped in last Friday. We were seated right away, our waitress Brittney was great, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The homemade rolls were awesome. Portions were generous, enough for two meals. We highly recommend the breaded cauliflower, cheesesteaks, and the Peppa Pig pizza was phenomenal!! We told all our friends about it and will definitely be returning to try more delicious food!!

First time trying Roma and to say we were impressed is an understatement. The atmosphere here is so welcoming. Within seconds we were greeted by staff. The woman with glasses working the register was so kind and helped us find everything we were looking for. The food was ready very quickly. Everything tasted delicious. My partner got the cheesy pig which is a sandwich with Mac and cheese and pulled pork. It was overflowing with meat as you can see from the photo. It was so tender and the Mac and cheese was perfect. I got a slice of pepperoni pizza and let me tell you, they don’t skimp on the pepperoni! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone on their next trip to Pottsville.

I just hosted my daughter’s baby shower here; in the Oak Room. Everything was FABULOUS!! Our server, Kim, was wonderful. We had a pretty large crowd, and she stayed on top of things! The food was delicious!! Our guests raved about everything. The owner was super nice and accommodating. Everyone kept checking on us. Everything was Perfect.

The pizza was out of this world! Literally the best pizza I've ever eaten. We got slices for lunch after touring Yuengling. It was very close and convenient. But the deliciousness of the pizza was shocking. I ordered the Nashville style and the broccoli. I took another Nashville slice to go home because we live 4 hours away and I couldn't bear the thought of that slice for lunch being my last. My husband ordered a plain cheese slice and a Grandma slice. He did the same thing with the Grandma and took a slice home. Honestly, I'm not crazy about pizza. It's never my first choice but I LOVED this pizza. And for 4 slices and 2 Yuenglings it was ONLY $20

We recently had a family funeral dinner at Roma in pottsville. It was December 20th 2025 and we were having a hard time finding someone to accommodate 100 people. I spoke to Pete and he was very polite and understanding of our situation since it was our daughter. Both he and Kim were amazing. Food was great, service outstanding and I can't say enough about our experience. Thank you so much Pete and Kim for everything. We 100% recommended Roma for exceptional food and service. The pizza was amazing it tasted like NJ pizza and maybe low end board walk 10/10 I recommend

Came with a couple of girlfriends for lunch on a Saturday. We weren't rushed food was hot we had a marvelous experience. My service dog was treated wonderfully with water and I ordered meatballs without the sauce for her.
