We thought to try this tonight. Got the hours wrong but the kind gentleman sold us a pound of the very best brisket anyway. It was incredible! The bbq sauce was wonderful! We will be back to try all their delicious treats!!
First timers. Staff very helpful in choosing what to order for our group to get bites of everything. Definitely going to go back.
Brisket was thin sliced and was still tough. Knifes would have helped, instead of using fingers to tear apart. Fast food bbq
The absolute BEST Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich I have ever had in my life. Also the biggest portion. No BS. The best ribs aswell. I dare you to put this little smoke shop up against any other in Idaho Now lets talk sides that are second to none. Out out this world chili Hashbrown caserole and I have not even told you about the chicken or pulled pork Voted Best Ribs and Brisket in Idaho by me and my family
I had a Philly Cheese steak. It was the best I have ever had, although I have not been to Philadelphia. Service is great. The price is very reasonable. This place is inside the Chevron convenience store next to the farm and ranch store. Some indoor seating is available.
One of my favorite places in the valley. As far as bbq goes this is top notch! Fun atmosphere,clean, great people. Everything I’ve had here is delicious! Different days have different menu items just fyi.

What a hidden and unexpected gem! This place is inside a Legacy Chevron gas station! The lady there was super helpful & kind! I will return again!
