What an absolutely delightful experience!! Family run restaurant and the owner was the cook this morning. He absolutely got my over. Easy egg's perfect, and that rarely happens. De De my waitress, besides being john, you on the spot, she's a bit of a nut... lol
We have in to grab some breakfast and I've gotta say the service here was incredible. Staff was super friendly and attentive, the food was good and very filling for the price which wasn't bad. Also they made sure my coffee never went dry, amazing experience, I highly recommend.
Do you like home cook food? Genuine friendly service? Clean atmosphere? You really need to try this place. I will be going back when I’m in that area. Country Fried Steak was good, the gravy! The burger sliders did not need ketchup, the seasoning was great! The decor has a “at home” vibe. You’ll be glad you stopped!
I had a flounder plate with fried okra and macaroni. My husband had the hamburger steak plate mashed potatoes and gravy pantos and cornbread it was delicious. And our server Melissa was fantastic she took very good care of us
Homey little diner feel and basic decor. The double burger and steak and cheese were delicious. I enjoyed the sweet potato casserole side. The fries were basic, frozen crinkle cut. Wish they'd at least do the ones with some skin. Quick on the soda refills, which are free and ever flowing. Our waitress was professional and personable.
Pleasantly amazing experience!! From beginning to end, I enjoyed this visit. It was my first time here, and I’m so glad I came because the staff made me feel as if I was family and had been around forever!! The food was exceptional and the sweet tea Melissa made had me gulping it down for more!! If I’m ever in this area again, I definitely plan on coming back here!!
When's the last Friday with my daughter it was a great experience. The waitresses were awesome super nice ladies. The food was great. Definitely will be back
Small town, family owned and run establishment. Worth the drive from Canada, if necessary. I asked the waitress what her favorite dish was. She asked, breakfast or lunch? Lunch. BLT STACKER!! She said it's just something about that sandwich I love. I tried it with the recommended chips. Maaaaannn, I tell you, I can't think of another sandwich I have enjoyed more than that one. The toast was perfect, the bacon was cooked to perfection, the tomatoes were sliced just the right thickness and the mayonnaise was just the right amount. My month's watering now just describing it for yall. They had lots of regulars in there. The service was top notch, friendly, fast and personable. She checked back on me several times and my glass never got close to empty. I saw what I think was the cook come out to hug one of the ladies that come in, the manager was cleaning tables, an elderly lady was rolling silverware and another guy just doing all kinds of stuff. I had to ask if it was family run because everyone seemed to care. It is and you can tell. I will be going back. BTW, breakfast is served al day.
