First time here. LOVED the salad bar! A variety of Fresh items. For that alone I’ll be back. Fried Okra was great and we enjoyed the Navajo Taco. Friendly service.
This place was great! Had the Navajo taco and it was the perfect amount of food. Our server was very nice and service was fast.
Fast and amazing customer service! Amazing tasting fresh food. Their sliders are amazing and the desert is in great taste! Definitely would recommend if you want your money’s worth!
The food was delicious. They have a salad bar and the staff is wonderful
I liked the decorations and atmosphere of the restaurant, the prices were reasonable, and the quantities huge, salad bar is ok, they also have a stage, seems like they do live music there, but not when I was there in middle of the week, nice service as well.
Lyle at the bar was awesome and the reason for an extra star. they have a few local beers on tap, but we only came here for the Navajo taco and weren't disappointed. It's big enough to share as an appetizer or split in two for dinner. It's basically Navajo fry bread topped with mild beef and beef chili, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and red onions. It came with sides of sour cream and Pace salsa. There are few places in town to find Navajo taco and I thought for the excellent service and small bite, this was a good choice for dinner.
This place was bought out by a local family just over a year ago and, oh boy, they have turned it right around - it’s perfect! The food is simply remarkable. We ate fry bread, burgers, wings, steaks, baked potatoes (to die for!) and the fresh salad bar (it’s well worth repeat visits, we didn’t chow down on all that in a single sitting!) The cosy, comfy, well-stocked bar is an ideal spot to relax and unwind after a day visiting the eye-popping canyons, lakes and local attractions, and the only thing better than the food was the service. Genuinely warm, attentive and friendly, the team behind Steer 89’s growing popularity deserve huge credit. Warmly recommend.
Deli was out of bread so headed here for lunch. We were a bit worried as place was empty. But food was excellent and service was awesome too. Highly recommend the chicken wrap. So tasty. The spices on the tator tots and sweet potato fries was so good. Give them a try. **Edit - discovered they are closed at 2 so we got there just before 2 which explains why it was empty.
