This zabiha halal spot is a winner! Their kababs and shawarmas are standouts – the chicken shawarma with fries was especially tasty. The kabab family platter was also a hit. The family section is lovely, with a water fountain, entertainment area, and prayer space. One area for improvement: service could be faster and more attentive.
I had a great experience at this place! They have very good food, the service is fast, and I was happy with what I paid and what I got. Besides the condiments at the side of the table, which were a little unorganised and didnt look very clean (sticky sauce bottles), everything else was perfect! Totally worth visiting!
Absolutely amazing food! Portions are large which usually means it may be cheap quality but not this place. Everything was so flavorful, the tabouli was perfect, chicken tender and juicy. I’m critical of most restaurants, this one exceeded expectations. Thank you!
Got off the highway for gas, heading north. And accidentally discovered this place. Oh my! What great food! We didn't dine in as we were short of time . We did take out. The sandwiches (wraps actually) were hot, wrapped well. Full of flavor and delicious. I could taste coriander seeds actually. The baba ganoush had amazing grilled flavor with nice seasoning. Never had baba ganoush like this anywhere! The prices are very low compared to quality of food. From now on, I will stop at this place whenever I travel through Louisville KY.
The food is here is authentic and they’re not shy in terms of flavors. Its wonderful to find this place because its a hidden gem. We really enjoyed theirOzie lamb, cooked to perfection and falloff the bone, their chiken and lamb kebab are wonderfully seasoned. Garlic sauce is a must try! And their hummus Delicious! The price is affordable, and they have free hot tea. Would love to be back!
The chicken shawarma tasted great, and I would definitely order it again. Unfortunately, the waiting time was much longer than expected and not as advertised. Improving order timing would make the overall experience much better. We’re glad to have a place with this kind of vibe here! We came from Indiana and really loved the fountain, and the prayer space is an amazing addition. Hope the timing issue gets fixed!
Food from the Middle East is always a culinary treasure where every bite is a delight. This restaurant, in particular, has a perfect combination of best service and good food. The rich flavors of kebabs will make you want to eat more. Not to forget, the ambiance of this restaurant actually adds value to the dine in experience.
I recently visited Syrian Grill and was thoroughly impressed by the authentic flavors! I tried the chicken shawarma, chicken kabab, and falafel, and every single one was delicious. The shawarma was perfectly seasoned and tender, the chicken kabab was juicy, and the falafel had that ideal crispy exterior while staying soft on the inside. The atmosphere of the place is very welcoming and cozy, making it a great spot for a casual meal. The service was also friendly and quick, which added to the overall positive experience. I will definitely be returning soon to try more of their menu. If you're looking for real-deal Middle Eastern food in Louisville, this is a must-visit!
