This food truck is the love child of my favorite restaurant of all time. I was afraid I’d be disappointed since it’s the to-go version, but I was pleasantly surprised to see it was just as good as the restaurant was!! We got the Cuban and Chorizo Mac and Cheese, and the rest of our group got Grouper Cheeks, and we were all SO fat and happy by the end of our meal. Even the fries were next level! Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I stopped in after an afternoon at St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, which was great too!!! I had the chicken cordon sandwich and fries. My husband had the Cuban and fries. Both were outstanding and very generous portions. The fries are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside - my favorite !!!! They do not serve beer nor wine, but you can bring your own and sit at their picnic tables. Its just a perfect vibe with awesome food. Prices are reasonable too !!! We'll go back for sure !!

It was a beautiful day to sit outside and eat. The food was delicious. We were reading the menu board looking for a vegetarian option. She offered to whip up a veggie enchilada and it was very good. I will definitely eat there the next time I am in the area.

While vacationing visiting Apalachicola, I stopped by Tamara’s To Go on a whim—never been here before! Nothing is better than a perfectly grilled salmon and Gulf shrimp with their garden fresh salad! Both were served in 10 minutes, fresh and done to perfection—the salmon filet was grilled perfect—moist and so flavorful as was the serving of shrimp seasoned with grilled flavor! What a treat!! I’ll be returning & would highly recommend!!

Grouper Reuben with fries was tasty and quite satisfying! My husband had the Tabasco chicken with tender collard greens and cheesy mac n cheese. All delicious! The menu had us wanting to try more. Looks like we’ll have to revisit this place.

Grouper BLT was among the best pieces of fish I've had anywhere. Talking with Danny the owner, I can understand why. The other raving reviews are solid! The other order in my group went with the flounder tacos. He was pretty close to gushy about them. Great food. Plenty of clean picnic tables, food truck meets outside bistro, within eyesight of the waterfront. Just right. It's a gem!

Just strolling around the town and found this gem! Thank goodness we stopped. Awesome menu, it's so hard to choose. I can tell everything is made with love. The french dip was spectacular with flavorful au jus and crispy fries. Packed full of meat of cheese, come hungry and leave in a food coma.

This is a great hidden gem in Apalachicola. It’s a cute trailer food truck with adorable out door seating. There is also a super cute little trailer that moves around and you can get to cater events. The menu is constantly changing and always delicious. The chef is knowledgeable about allergies and will turn any sandwich into nachos. I had the Cuban nachos and they were out of this world. We brought a big group and called ahead and he went over and above to accommodate our group. Don’t miss this stop on your Apalachicola trip.
