Food is amazing! The chef makes a lot of stuff from scratch! Staff is amazing! It’s a great place to be a regular! You have to get their trays of mac and cheese! Amazing! Plus they have amazing cookies on their dessert menu!

My first visit here! Had a great time! Friendly staff, great service. Nice neighborhood hangout. Already had dinner elsewhere but the menu looked good. Will visit again soon to try out the food.

I genuinely love this place. I work in West Haven, so me and my coworkers & friends come here a lot for bingo specifically - but this spot is IT!!! The service is awesome, the owners are super friendly, and the food is soooo good every single time. I have never had a bad experience and I’ve been coming here for a year and a half! This is a great spot! Highly recommend!

Not sure why I never had left a review but we have been going to the Breakwall when we can for dinner and Music Bingo. Food is really . I admit I do not care for the hamburger buns but it is my preference and the burgers are great . The fried devil eggs are the best . They even have Rewards there so do not forget to sign up and give the server your number when the bill Comes . Drinks are fairly priced . The staff are friendly and usually really good . Sometimes one can get a bit delayed or forgetful when it’s busy but we try to have patience as it can get crazy. I only mention it because there is always room for improvement plus it’s an honest review . But we love it there and the staff and Music Bingo!

Great food, great staff, restaurant is on the rise. Breaking through the wall. My server, Montana, was attentive and had such a warm presence! Will be coming back again for sure!

If it hadn’t been for the high Google rating, we probably wouldn’t have stopped here for dinner — we might’ve assumed it was just another local bar with a great beer selection. Thankfully, the reviews drew us in, and even with high expectations, we were still pleasantly surprised. From the start, the cocktail selection was thoughtful and the one we tried was both colorful and inventive. That same creativity carried through to the food: a well-executed blend of modern American cuisine with French and Chinese influences. It’s a bold mix, but it worked beautifully. Highlights included a rich, creamy garlic-cheese French fondue and a fresh, vibrant shrimp and rice bowl — both dishes were flavorful and artfully presented. The outdoor patio offered a great atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The only small drawback was the relatively limited vegetarian selection, though there were still a few solid options — and the ones we tried were genuinely tasty.

A great night out with friends at The Breakwall. The food was amazing, loved my rice bowl. Drinks were perfect. And the service was impeccable. Extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream dessert!!
