Don't skip Tom's! Breakfast, lunch, or dinner Tom's has you covered. Check out the Tom's Haddock section of the menu for that local magic. There is also a full convenience store for snacks, beverages, other needs.

Fantastic coffee! Breakfast options are plentiful and the pancakes are huge. I think Uncle Buck works in the kitchen. Counter staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this place

Cute little restaurant hidden behind a Citgo, next door to the Bluebird Motel. The entrance is through the Citgo, not the side. Food is inexpensive, home cooked feel. Very popular with the locals, so calling ahead will help get your food sooner. We came the first time when it was incredibly busy and we didn't wait too long for food.

When we visited Machias, the only places open for breakfast were McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, and Tom's. Don't be deceived by appearances. Go in the mini mart and there's a little restaurant at the back. Order at the counter and they'll bring your food to you. Get your beverages in the mini mart, then pay for everything at the mini mart checkout counter. I had sausage gravy & biscuits with an egg and hash brown patty. It was fine, but nothing special.

Don't let the fact it's a convenient store fool you. There are tables in a little diner section in the back. I had the sausage gravy and biscuits with scrambled eggs. It was delicious! Certainly better than going to the "Arches" down the street...

I stopped at the Dollar General across the street and was told that I had to walk across the street to use the bathroom. At first, I was skeptical, but this turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. I was surprised by how clean this place was. I ordered a cupcake and made up my mind that I was returning for dinner. When we arrived for dinner, they were in the midst of the buffet. Ribs, prime rib, halibut, and several sides. I opted to get the haddock, and boy, was it delicious. The customer service was top-notch. It's arguably one of the best dining experiences while I have been in Maine. 10/10 my best gas station dining experience EVER!

Love this roadside travel center! Great selection of grab and go food, hot coffee, sit down restaurant, fuel and propane. The parking lots are large enough for any size rig or RV. The lot was paved, clean, well maintained and fairly level. As always, I left my area cleaner than when I arrived and made an in store purchase to thank Tom's Citgo for allowing me to overnight. Had 3 bars of Verizon 4G LTE Roaming, no wifi or OTA television channels..

Was here for a week on storm duty during a statewide power outage for a tree company, absolutely phenomenal food and service. From the cooks to the waitresses , I couldn't believe what this place has done for all the line and tree crews keeping them fed. If I could give them 10 stars I would. The food is top notch wow
