The staff at my location are great! They remember my order and extras. Always have my order ready and correct. I go at least once a week.
I am gluten free and the guy at the register assured me he would do everything to avoid cross contamination. He was so kind and didn't make me feel like a weirdo for asking. I love that I can grab something to eat. My sandwhich was so good. I highly reccomend this store. Thank you so much!
This specific FireHouse Subs was on point. It was extremely clean and even the black carpet at the entrance was clean. The staff were courteous and friendly. My order was ready when said and the subs were GREAT! Thank you to Firehouse.
App was easy to order from. Love the rewards and specials Great tast ..lots of meat on the subs.. Not like subway who hardly puts anything on thiers..I now stay with firehouse subs
We've tried a few of their subs, the latest being their new Smokin' BBQ (smoked brisket, ham, and turkey with melted cheddar, bbq sauce, and coleslaw--VERY tasty), and have enjoyed them all. The free pickle is a nice touch, and delivers a nice crunch with a dilly bite. Staff has always been friendly. A bit on the pricey side (hence the 4 instead of 5) but for a flavor packed sandwich with fresh ingredients, it is worth the splurge every so often.
I have never had a place make me a sub that I would miss and wish I had again. Moving back home and only having a sub place that dont compare or even stand close too. We need a firehouse subs in newfoundland. Subway or any other place dont stand a chance if they came to newfoundland.
Brandon the sales associate was amazing! Gave us recommendations because it was our first time here. Outstanding personality and goes with the flow type of guy. Definitely will be coming back to buy more sandwiches if Brandon is here!
