I got a hefty five-pound order, from which I meticulously peeled 136 tails, encountering only one questionable contender – a testament to the quality and care put into each batch. This endeavor yielded an impressive 27.2 tails per pound, a figure that speaks volumes about the generous portions and the meatiness of the crawfish served at Bobby’s. The fruits of my labor were twofold: two cups of succulent crawfish tails ready to be transformed into various delectable recipes and sixteen cups of rich crawfish shells, earmarked for a flavorful stock. This not only promised future culinary delights but also showcased the value and sustainability inherent in my purchase, allowing me to maximize every ounce of my order. Bobby's Seafood delivers on the promise of well-cooked, perfectly spicy crawfish. Edit: crawfish has gotten way better. Super juicy and meaty! Crawfish is alright, really salty. Average sized crawfish. Their large shrimps are the best purchase.

LOVE the shrimp poboy, fries, and friendly staff! Plentiful shrimp and the bread is one of the best poboy breads I’ve eaten—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and just the right thickness! My new favorite shrimp poboy spot.

Best crawfish pies and shrimp I have ever had. Great food, excellent service and even better people!

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming! Their food is the absolute best! Every year when we visit my Dad, we make sure to get to Bobby's for our fried oysters, shrimp po-boys & boiled crawfish, & stuffed artichoke casserole! You won't be disappointed with anything you order!
