BE AWARE THAT THIS RESTAURANT CHARGES 3% EXTRA IF YOU USE A CREDIT CARD. The policy isn't printed on the menu. Instead there's a small sign at the very bottom of the hostess stand. At a minimum, the servers should inform the customer about this extra charge before they pay with a credit card. Other than that, the food was delicious! The collosal steamed shrimp was fresh and flavorful. Get there before sunset. The location and views from the restaurant ware worth the high menu prices. (Four large cocktail shrimp costs $21.) The server was friendly, attentive, and professional. I would definitely return for a sunset dinner and I'd drag a load of cash with me. I'd pay with all one dollar bills and quarters. If they want to deal with a register full of cash and making change for people, then so be it.

Beautiful views from the deck. A bit gloomy and dated inside. I had the salmon. Very nice and not farm raised. Crab cakes, better then most. Service was kind and attentive

We ate at the brass monkey last night. We had ahi tuna plate for an app and it was more than delicious. We had the seafood sampler for our main course and enjoyed every bite. Mmmm mmmm good. But the best part was our friendly waitress Serena. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and Garoua great information! Loved the entire experience!

Brass Monkey at St. Pete Beach is a hidden gem! The drinks are refreshing, the ocean breeze makes the perfect backdrop, and the food is top-notch. The steak sandwich was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, the fish spread was fresh and creamy, and the seafood chowder was rich, hearty, and full of fresh seafood. Not only is the quality amazing, but the pricing is great for a beachfront spot. You get fantastic food, generous portions, and a relaxed atmosphere—all with a beautiful view. Plus, the staff are super friendly, and the service is fast and welcoming. For the location, quality, and value, this is a solid 5-star experience.

The atmosphere is definitely beach sports bar that’s comfortable and quirky. My burger was good, my wife’s pizza so extremely salty. The view from the upstairs outdoor seating is very nice and our server was very attentive. If you’re looking for a place to watch a Baltimore game and have a drink this is your spot.

Found this cool little joint in Pass-a-Grille St Pete. It's a fun bar to go to and a great place to watch the game. The service there was probably one of the best. Our waiter was amazing. I ordered the tuna appetizer and look how fresh the tuna was. The wings were great. It is a smaller place so get there early. We'll be back.

Excellent restaurant! Coco was our server and she was absolutely fantastic! We all enjoyed everything we ordered, I had the crab dip pretzel and it was out of this world incredible. My sister had the jerk chicken wrap and highly recommends it. The drinks we had were also perfect. My sister is a type 1 diabetic and the bartender took extra care to make her drink as low sugar as possible. All in all this experience turned my day from a bad one into a fantastic one. 10/10

The Brass Monkey is such a gem! We had an amazing dinner with a beautiful view. The lobster tail and crab cakes were fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The sides—crisp green beans, seasoned potatoes, and golden fries—were delicious too. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the laid-back beachy vibe made the whole evening so enjoyable. We loved every moment and will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Pass-a-Grille Beach!
