Crazy Catfish Restaurant

Always fresh and very nice people. They change their oil often so I don’t get indigestion at all like most fried food places..

Some days you want to get completely dolled up and go to a 5 star restaurant and other days you want to be casual and just enjoy good food! My daughter was home from school and insisted we visit her favorite small casual spots for dinner. The fish is made fresh and to order and is amazing if you eat at the venue. If you decide to take it to go you better live close or it could get soggy. Who wants soggy fish?! This place is small, old (nostalgic) but very clean! We love Crazy Catfish!!

An oyster poboy with fries and a soda for $14.05 The restaurant was clean, the cashier was friendly and the food came hot, freshly made and delicious. Last time I had this in another restaurant it cost me $17.99 for the poboy alone!

We went for dinner on a Saturday night. The location was not very crowded. It appears most of the business traffic is for take out. The staff was friendly. The food was cooked to order and was very good. We will definitely be back.

My new favorite place I'm new to the area and decided to give Crazy Catfish a try. Ordered the number 28 with Okra and loved everything about it. Seasoned well and it wasn't greasy This will definitely be my go to spot for catfish.

First time visiting this restaurant, I was craving fried catfish so I decided to give it a try. The cashier was very nice & ring up my entire order correctly. When I got home, the food was very delicious. They give plenty of food for the price. I order a two piece catfish meal & there was lots of fries. I ended up letting my husband eat half my fries. He loved the fries. Two light eateries could share this meal. The two pieces of catfish were good in size too. I will be returning again when I have crave for fried catfish again.

They could use some air conditioning help for sure. There are only about five or six tables. The food is exactly what you would expect and wonderful. Everything is cornmeal based. Okay, maybe not the french fries, but you get the point.

Tho it's a small simple seafood restaurants, what counts a lot is their foods - extremely delicious, worth u8r money & efforts to drive all the way to this place, Buckingham & Garland Road.i used to go to the one on Centerville & Northwest highway. U need to come & try the foods - catfish, oysters & chicken wings - to see what I'm talking. If I live close to this place, u'll see me there ar least 2-3x a week or more. 09/18/2025. This location in Buckingham Garland - everything is the same - good people, nice & delicious foods. But in w occasions, they ran out of catfish nuggets. Might have to take care of this problem. Ty
