I've been going to them for years. Very good food, fast service, and generous portions.
I've been going here for YEARS. I only get the shrimp,fried okra and the fried veggies. Those are what I crave from here. My friend had a chilli dog from here the other day I asked for a bite and ate the whole thing lucky he ordered two. It was really good they split the hot dog fry it and put the Chilli on and the bun was so soft..(I'm greedy) it definitely going on my list. The Owner is wonderful. I'm sure all the food is good I just have my favorites. You should try it the prices are pretty reasonable.
I've been a fan since the mid 90s when it was on Boston Ave. The seafood platter is still the same. Although I live in NC now and have for quite a while, I always make it my business to get my fix and see my long time friend. The best fried shrimp anywhere in CT. No one tops East Main Fish and Chips... it's hard to believe you can afford to eat so good when your living on a budget. One of Bridgeport's best kept secrets and hidden gems.
The food in this place is delish! I went there once and have been craving fish from there ever since. The onion rings are the bomb! This place is the classic "Around the way" spot that u tell people about n they have to go find it. Prices r reasonable too. Find the place. Check the food out n post your opinion! My Lil gem of the east side. I came upon this place one afternoon been coming eversince. the seafood combo 12.99 lunch special. Can't beat it. Big portion to share. Not greasy. Cooked fresh to order. Also love the jalapeño poppers!
Been here for year’s food is good at times. Service is definitely need improvement. Definitely not like it was when it’s was Boston fish and chip hit or mis spot. The owner very rude and you might get your order right. Don’t forget the lunch special don’t call at 2:35 you will wait for it or not get it.
Love their shrimp my family has been coming to this place first on Boston Ave then was glad when he moved and found his place my daughters come from New Haven and Manchester to get his seafood place not get but food is prices have changed a lot but still I go
