Martini's Seafood House

Our first time eating here and it was quite a treat. The fish was fresh, not frozen, and the shrimp were of the jumbo prawn variety and very plump. We had the espresso martinis and scampi appetizer and all of it was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. I had the Seabass and my wife had the shrimp Poboy and both were prepared in seasoned perfectly. Colin was our server and he did an excellent job! We highly recommend this place!

Cameron provided phenomenal service for my family while we dined here for lunch. We started with cocktails and everyone loved their drinks. The Old Fashioned was wonderful. I ordered the Lobster Mac-N-Cheese and it was superb. Very creamy and just the right portion for one person. Others order the shrimp scampi, steak salad, lobster bisque, and shrimp cocktail and found it all to be amazing!! Will definitely be back next time we visit Fredericksburg!

You wouldn’t think fresh seafood in Fredericksburg, TX would even make sense, but this place rivals some of the best seafood restaurants we’ve eaten at in Miami, FL. Seriously. We started with the Baked Parmesan Scallops. Perfectly tender, not overcooked, and melting into the butter and Parmesan. For our entrees, we went with the Barramundi Piccata and the Ahi Tuna Burger. The barramundi was clean, light, and flaky, and the creamy piccata sauce was not overpowering at all. The ahi was seared just enough to give it a nice crispy finish with a nice pink center. The slaw gave it a nice crunch while the spicy mayo and honey glaze added just the right touch of sweet and spicy. I’m not sure if the jalapeño brioche bun was house-made or not, but it was phenomenal. The service was great—not overbearing but just attentive enough to make the experience a 10 out of 10. This place definitely lives up to all of the positive reviews it’s received!

We were recommended Martini’s by family and we are so happy we listened! Cass was our server and she made sure we were well taken care of. Such fresh seafood and serving sizes were appropriate for the pricing. We will be visiting again in the future!

We found this seafood restaurant while searching for true farm-to-table spots, and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing—especially the Australian sea bass, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The shrimp po’ boy was fantastic as well, fresh, crispy, and absolutely delicious. Oh, and the bruschetta was amazing! Our server, Kali, was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. You can really taste the quality and care in the ingredients. We’ll definitely be back!

Okay so, if you are looking for good seafood in Fredericksburg... Martini's is it! You want to call in ahead of time to put your name on the wait list, especially on weekends. We were quoted an hour fifteen but ended up getting a text after about 30 minutes and got right in. Cocktails and beverage options are amazing! We sat at the bar and Macy took excellent care of us. We split the shrimp scampi and snow crab platter. Holy smokes - both were bursting with flavor and perfectly done. I had the Texas Bluebonnet cocktail and my friend had a dirty martini. We can't wait to come back again!

Taren (bartender) was absolutely fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. She also wasn’t afraid of conversation despite how busy they were. Would definitely recommend and we WILL BE BACK!

The seafood was absolutely delicious. We are from Houston where the seafood is amazing and it was right up there with the best of them. Lobster Bisque and the Seafood Tower were the BOMB!! Highly recommend. We sat at the bar and were served by Macy who was incredibly friendly, attentive and an excellent martini maker. She even recommended we go to Maggie's, a classy speakeasy off Main St with amazing live music. We can't wait to go back!
