Love this place for soft serve ice cream with crunch coat. I did purchase the seafood plate and it was good but doesn't compare to another location in Alton. I visited a few times for the ice cream. Fair serving for the price. Cash or check ONLY. Limited parking.
I have been a customer of Red Hill Dari since they opened. I absolutely love their fried clams and onion rings as well as their fried scallops!! They are, hands down, the best ever!! I live in TX now, so I can only enjoy them once a year, but.....they are my first stop to enjoy a meal out!! The batter they use is the best I've had, soooo light and crispy. When my son and daughter were young, they would always say they have the best hamburgers in the world!! Thanks for the excellent, friendly service as well. I've always been greeted with a smile and I appreciate that very much!! Keep up the awesome work....see you again next year!!
Drove by this place a million times never stopped. Finally did, spontaneously. Mom had a lobster roll and I had the bellied fried clams, Both were outstandingly tasty and hit the spot. Lobster was fresh and the clams were small and tender… just how I love them! And a soft serve cone for dessert left us very happy. We’ll be regulars from hereon in!
Quick, tasty and something for everyone! We had the lobster rolls, Cole slaw, and I cream cones. It was all good. I recommend the butter crunch topping on the ice cream cone which is a mixture of Jimmie’s and crushed peanut brittle. Plenty of parking on site. Check the store hours though.
Clam strip plate & Lobster roll were great. Fries & onion rings were flavorful & crispy. Very friendly staff & had water bowls out for pets
Road side ice-cream stop, they also serve hot food but we only went for the soft serve. Good variety of flavours and toppings and very reasonable prices.
Make that a 4.5! Best lobster roll in New Hampshire! And Ice Cream of course. This very unpretentious place has the receipt down for making a cold lobster roll rock.
Awesome soft serve ice cream & Mickey and everyone is so nice, great place & pet friendly , they have pup cups that come with a dog biscuit, the dogs loved it, thank you!
