We had a wonderful experience at The Boat in Kerrville! The seafood was outstanding, delicious, and full of flavor. The views along the river are beautiful and really make the experience special. The atmosphere is fun, lively, and perfect for families or a night out. Great food, great views, and a great vibe all around. Highly recommend!
walk in and immediately feel like you’ve made a strong life decision. Good energy. Strong atmosphere. GREAT PLACE TO GO WITH FRIENDS The food shows up fast and is plated like somebody in that kitchen actually respects themselves. None of that sad, limp nonsense you get at places that gave up on life in 2007. The Best waitstaff You’ll find along the Guadalupe. Eat fish LIVE longer, Eat oysters LOVE longer, Eat clams LAST longer
Great place to enjoy a nice night out by the water. The food was ok, but the drinks and the service were great. Hopefully next time, we’ll try some of their other dishes and see how that turns out.
I'm back in the area, but not yet home from my 11 day road trip. I stopped in Kerrville for some fish and gumbo. It was delicious! I ate at the bar, but they also have many tables and servers. Zoey, the bartender,and the regulars made me feel at home! I had the combo seafood platter with fried onion rings, fried fish, fried oysters and fried shrimp. It came with a side salad. I also had a bowl of gumbo, and an iced tea.
Had an amazing experience at the boat! The atmosphere was fantastic—relaxed, welcoming, and the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a great meal. The service was just as impressive. My waitress Isabelle did an amazing job even though she mentioned it was only her second day. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was well taken care of the duration of my time at the boat. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted so fresh and delicious. The portion sizes were huge, so you definitely get your money’s worth! Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere—I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend checking this place out if you love seafood!
I was told in a very strange gorilla marketing group chat to leave the boat a good review. It was interesting so I’m leaving the boat a good review. They did ask for pictures of my feet too, though. Still rocking with the five stars.
Our server was very kind, attentive and welcoming. Myah knew the menu well and gave great recommendations, she managed well with a busy atmosphere! Myah made my dining experience special. Cant wait to visit more.
Really great food. A bit pricey but really huge portions. Definitely recommend and will return soon.
