Stopped by here while in town for work for a few days and I’m so happy I did! First off, the iced protein coffee is INCREDIBLE and has 38g of protein! Second, I got to chat with the owners who were so kind! Next time I’m in town I’m definitely making this a regular spot!
I got myself an energy drink, and it came with a Zumba class!! The energy drink was delicious, and it helped me with all of the energy I needed to dance my life away!!
Everything tastes amazing here! So low calories too. I highly recommend!

Update: Went during open hours, open sign lit up, door locked Tasty protein shakes, friendly staff. I like the peanut butter protein shake a lot

I come here weekly to get my loaded tea and smoothie! My favorite tea is the “Flash” I love that it’s a family owned business and the owners are the sweetest! They take the time to know your name too! It’s the best to walk in and they say… hi Tania! My husband is picking me up my favorites on his way home from work today!
