Started off with an old fashion that was just what I needed to warm up from the cold. I ordered the Gyro philly and fries. Gyro freaking amazing fries just ok but went well as a meal.. I Highly recommend this place if traveling through.. Best stop I've had in this state so far
Debbie is the best!! She is amazing!! Our first night out since losing my dad and dog and she made us feel so heard and comfortable. We will always come to the basement thanks to her compassion and great service! 10 out of 10!!
Emma and Kacie were amazing today! They were both so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Our drinks were always full, the food came out quickly, and they checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. Their positive attitudes really made the whole experience better. If you get Emma or Kacie as your server, you’re in great hands. Thanks for the great service!
Enjoy this place. Friendly people, solid staff, food is good and importantly it is consistent. Get the wings double-grilled if you like wings. Dom the bartender is excellent! Engaging, efficient, very aware of the bar even while talking with customers. And a great memory. Makes you feel welcomed. She does a great job and makes one want to return.
Debbie was our waitress and she was amazing. Great with recommendations. Got the Ruben with the sauce on the side and it was so delicious! Definitely recommend coming in and trying this place. Great atmosphere as well. Definitely ask for Debbie if she is here!
The pizza was amazing. But the best part of our experience was our server Debbie she took such good care of us. It was the best experience ever. I will definitely be coming back again.
We came into The Basement on a Friday night. It was super busy. Debbie was our server. We ordered a pepperoni pizza to share and honestly, it brought me back to my elementary school days. The pizza was absolutely delicious. Our server was running around, trying to take care of every table. Honestly, we were impressed .. She did a great job. I never really make reviews, but I just wanted to shout out Debbie for the fantastic service.
Our group is always pleased with the atmosphere and service at The Basement. Debbie was great! She kept our drinks filled, her genuine kindness and attentiveness to our table was much appreciated. Food came out swiftly and was excellent as always. I highly suggest The Chicken Philly! Ronnie, the bartender is a great guy! Excellent drink knowledge.
