Fantastic experience, would go again. Food was excellent and our server Hailie was phenomenal. Server was knowledgeable about menu, very attentive and not rushed and genuinely cared about our experience. Meals that are in table included prime rib with prawns and sirloin both of which were medium well and the New York cheesecake. Both were delicious and cooked to perfection.

From Ohio and we went here for our 30th anniversary. The cheesestick appetizer was incredible - they roll them in pretzel crumbs! My husband and I both had salad, steak, and garlic mashed potatoes. It was all very delicious. Service was amazing!

Valentine's day 2026 the place was slammed and Hailey went way way above and beyond to make our evening meal very special for us. When someone is incredibly busy and still has a big smile and super nice they deserve to be identified. Raise worthy. Thanks again jagz for employing such outstanding personnel.

Hailey is the best waitress! Everytime we go we get lucky enough to have her. There was one time we weren't so lucky and we absolutely missed her service, she's sweet, attentive, positive and just over all amazing. The food is good except the few times our veggies have been cold n the mashed potatoes are ok could use more flavor, we love the steaks n clams here but she is definitely why we love coming back.

Place is visually deceptive. Kind of janky looking outside but very niceand comfortable inside. Service is prompt and friendly. Food was very good. Friends liked their steaks and prime rib and my wifes and mine pasta choices were tasty. Her chicken linguini ahe loved. My shrimp with angel hair pasta had lots of small shrimp and the seasoning was properly resrained and not overly garlic. One issue was that angel hair is a tricky pasta to handle. Mine was way overdone. I think they cooked the pasta to doneness but did't take into account the hot shrimp and sauce cooked it more. The creme brule' was too cold and in a too deep ramikin. Taste was good but but not served properly. The mens restroom looked like it was painted by a teenager on adderall.

We had the pleasure of dining at Jagz recently, and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The ambiance is fantastic—warm and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that left me completely satisfied. Every dish was flavorful. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. To my surprise, they even gave me a complimentary piece of cake (big piece) for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. I highly recommend Jagz for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience. I'll definitely be back!

I was there for an office Christmas party for my wife's job and this place is great. Well seasoned food. Great ambiance. The servers are there and ready at all times. I'm always a skeptic when it comes to new restaurants, but this one won me over. So much so I told the wife we're going back on our own.

Gotta say I was worried to go back there with all the bad reviews I've seen lately. We've always had a good experience there. Anyways just got back and the food tonight was excellent! I had the duck like I usually do and I'm happy to say, I was not disappointed in any way. It was fabulous!!! My husband had a giant chicken caesar salad and he said it was great!
