Longhorn is one of my favorite places to eat at with my husband for date night. The flavors of the food was great but unfortunately the food was not hot at all, it was barely even slightly warm. Our waiter was very attentive & polite though so we didn't want to be a bother. Other than that, everything was fine.
Food was amazing !! The steaks were cooked to perfection and services was excellent. I will definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great steak :)
My steak was cooked ok but arrived lukewarm, which means it sat on the "window under light". Baked potato & salad were delicious. But I'll be hesitant to return. Because we went to eat a steak ( porterhouse) & both of us were disappointed The server was friendly & did her job but the tip was pretty high. $25 tip to pay for a lunch is pretty pricy.
This is the place to go for a "GREAT STEAK." It's a bit on the pricey side but well worth it. The atmosphere is warm and country. Perfect for any cowboy or cowgirl. Some minor issues are, the waiter will take a bit long to come back and check on you on rare occasions, but it happens. Out of the dozens of times I have gone, I have received dirty utensils once. Last this would be how well you like your steak. There are times when you ask for the rarity of the steak and sometimes it's a hit or miss, but they never complain and do all they can to fix the issue. They will take your steak back and cook it to you liking, and they are very apologetic for the minor mistake. These issues are not that big of a deal to me because the hospitality is GREAT. Any minor issue and they fix it immediately.
This place had a short wait time and an incredibly wonderful experience. The weight stuff was pleasant accurate and a joy. Food came out in a timely manner and the presentation was perfect. The sticks were cooked exactly how we asked and the sides were all correct. I believe your order being correct the first time when you get food is important and the experience of dining in. This place really nailed it when it came to atmosphere and food preparation. We were there for dinner and were a table of five. The salad's caramel within 5 minutes of us ordering them. The bread was served first and it was perfectly moist and soft. I highly recommend this restaurant chain to anyone that likes steaks or chicken. And I very highly recommend it to anyone who has not tried it at all. I can't say enough good things about this place. The only negative thing that I can say about this experience was that the appetizer plates were dirty. I don't know if there were carelessly left on our table from someone else and the wait staff served them to us accidentally, or they were brought to us intentionally but they were dirty.
Visiting from El Paso TX, and coming here for a dinner to celebrate my son was very much worth it after a long day at the Riverwalk. The wait was less than 10 minutes for our group of 10. Waitress was so on point even with all the other tables that started filling up. The wait for food was not bad, and my kids devoured everything...their carnivores. The kids steak is perfect size and the variety of side for entrees is hard to choose from cuz you want everything!!! Overall, experiencing this restaurant for the first time did not disappoint!
My wife and I went to LongHorn Steakhouse today and had an excellent experience from start to finish. She ordered the Outlaw Ribeye and I had the LongHorn Porterhouse, and both steaks were cooked to absolute perfection. The flavor, tenderness, and portion size were spot on. We both started with the house salad with ranch and a loaded baked potato on the side, which were fresh, flavorful, and the perfect complements to our meals. The service was outstanding, attentive without being overbearing, and our drinks were always full and right on point. It’s rare to walk away with no complaints at all, but this was truly one of those experiences. Great food, great service, and an overall enjoyable dinner. We’ll definitely be coming back
Best food and service today from our sever Michelle S. (Chelly) She was very attentive and fast. We had the salmon and shrimp plate, renegade steaks. The food was delicious and so was the dessert.
