Great local place, staff was really pleasant and helped work through our language differences with ease. The tacos were some of the best I've had in Mexico to this day and smoke most of ours in San Diego. 2 al pastor tacos, queso al pastor tacos, 2 beers, chips, salsa and a legit vibe all for $16usd. Easy walk if you are coming from the cruise ships and worth the trek.
This is a fairly nice taco shop in Puerto Vallarta. The decor is nothing to write home about, but it’s nice to sit outside. It’s just a bit close to a busy road. You will also find some taco stands across the street, but usually it’s hard to find seating there. We decided to try this place. It’s a Thursday night and we showed up at midnight and it was still open. The prices are just slightly higher than the taco stands across the street, but at least you can sit and enjoy. The tacos were very good and moderately priced at 20 to 30 pesos each. The platters were a bit bigger at $350 pesos, but they will fill you up. They also serve a whole bunch of roasted onions with your dish. Definitely try this place if you’re on a budget, you won’t be sorry!
Vacationed VP and a local recommended this taco restaurant. No regrets - welcoming atmosphere, amazing tacos, and tasty agua de Jamaica. The staff understand English but try to speak Spanish as much as you can to be polite.
Thank you for reading the Honest Reviews4u! If you are in the mood for some good tacos this place is it. The customer service is magnificent. You can eat indoors or outdoors. The meat is fresh with corn and the quesadillas call Gringa are delicious steaks or el pastor (special cook pig). The drinks is very good I had the passion fruit drink. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Some of the best chorizo tacos I have tried in Mexico, and I have tried quite a lot. Large portions for only 50p each. I definitely will go back if I ever visit Puerto Vallarta again.
