Great pricing. Early bird special. Very filling. Filet was cooked perfect. Chef was great.

Great local teppanyaki restaurant! Easily accommodating to vegan/vegetarian - miso soup instead of beef broth, oil instead of butter, tofu & vegetables combo was delicious! I offered the 3 shrimp to my husband. They include broccoli and carrots in addition to typical onion & zucchini for everyone. Noodles in addition to standard rice. The grilled veggies as entree choice also has bell peppers, mushroom and celery. Ask for the toasted sesame seeds - yum! Chef and server were great. Small wait on a Tuesday night without reservation.

Really cool experience. The chef was very entertaining, friendly, and went above and beyond to makes us feel at home. The food was beyond good and PLENTY to eat. Highly recommend

Food is OK. Not many options in OC for Teppanyaki. Other the Benihana's in New Port or Rioetide in MV. Easy reservations fun for family.

Excellent dining food service and attentive care. Our server was outstanding and she was right on point. Best waitress I can remember having as a server in a long time concerning formal dining. The food was excellent fresh and delicious. Didn't know what to expect as it was our first time being there...but by far it was well worth it....more than excellent simply outstanding. Shout out thank you...We enjoyed every minute of being there. Sincerely.....!

We always enjoy our chef and our food. Sometime it’s just the 2 of us and sometimes we are a group of 4 and even 11 once. Our food has always been delicious. They serve their entrees with soup & salad and the entree also comes with fried rice, noodles and sautéed veggies‼

Ichihiri is great and markedly better than Riptide. Best filet I’ve had in a long time Reasonable prices Even the water was noticeably good, and I hate drinking water. The only things I didn’t like were: Our waiter was too quiet. The server didn’t know what “shrimp sauce” is and said they didn’t have “yum yum sauce.” The 1 of 2 sauces they did have which was similar was a little off. Yeah, we’re from the east coast, so I don’t expect it to be exactly the same out here.

Runs laps around Riptide and Benihana. Sushi rolls are great and the teppanyaki food quality is far superior. Prices are much more reasonable than Benihana, which has gotten absurd, and the food seems fresher than Riptide and doesn’t include going through a dilapidated shopping mall. Service is touch and go. Sometimes fine and sometimes slow. But overall it’s a great place for a fun night out.

Probably the BEST restaurant in Orange County actually Southern California! Filet Mignon and Scallop combo is just the best! Must EAT when you are visiting Socal!

This place is so delicious and the go to for the Teppan grilled show, always. Filet mignon and shrimp was excellent. Teriyaki chicken and shrimp just as tasty. If you're in the area and looking for delicious Japanese dining, try them out. You will not be disappointed. Eating here again for the umpteenth time. Love this place.
