This was our second visit in a week, and we absolutely loved the food once again. Everything is warm, comforting, and hearty. The entire staff and the chef do a fantastic job. Today we tried the Calamari, Khao Soi and the Mango Sticky Rice for dessert. The Calamari was some of the freshest I’ve had in a long time, and the flavours in the Khao Soi were spot on. Patcharee was incredibly kind and hospitable. Thank you! We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Visited ThaiRoom Grand (Square One) and had an amazing experience. The space is stylish and welcoming, perfect for enjoying authentic Thai cuisine. Sooooo good flavor and options as a Thai restaurant!! I came here with family last year summer but myself enjoyed more so this time i ordered their signature salad and Tom Yum Soup. I really think the flavor is authentic. The salad is quite fresh and my server Jack he provided me amazing top-notch service! I have to apologize for calculating wrong for the tips I will pay for this time tips next time come to Jack. Jack is sooo sooo nice friendly welcoming. Super Professional server

Craving for a delicious Thai or malaysian cuisine ? This is the right place for you. Especially, the mango sticky rice with icecream was heavenly Miss.Peta was super sweet , took care of us really well. This was our second visit, will keep visiting. Thai iced tea can be improved. Condensed milk should be added more and thai tea could have been stronger. Rest all amazing.

Peta was a great server. The food was delicious, we ordered panang curry, pad se ew, calamari and green mango salad. They overheard us talking about our belated birthdays and provided us a nice cheesecake to celebrate! Thank you for the great service and food

Absolutely loved our experience at Thai Grand Room! We enjoyed some of the best Thai food here, especially as vegetarians They have so many amazing veg options, and every single dish we tried was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, patiently guiding us to choose the right dishes, which made the experience even better. And honestly—every plate that came to our table was a delight From presentation to taste, everything was spot on. We truly loved all the food served and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Thai food with great vegetarian choices and wonderful service!

I was quite bit surprised how tasty or delicious the food was. This is one of the closest Thai restaurants to Brampton and boy, it did not disappoint. The place was fully packed as it was the family day weekend. They have a wide array of menu items to choose from. The grand appetizer platter was tasty and good for sharing but for me, was a bit overpriced. My MIL liked the grand fried rice very much; not too salty and addicting. The chicken wings were simple but hit the spot. Heads up on the Thai Basil Beef dish, it is very spicy. The Khao Soi was very creamy. It would been better with braised beef as protein. The coconut sticky rice is such a delight. My MIL preferred the mangoes to be sweeter but the sourness of the mango complimented the whole dish. The place was quite small but thankfully, Gabby shared some seats. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. the place was so busy and seating has limited hours.

We went to Thairoomgrand for Valentine’s Day and had such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for a date night. We ordered the Tom Yum soup, Khao Soi, and Garlic Shrimp. Everything tasted amazing, but the Khao Soi truly stood out. The coconut flavour in the curry was so rich and mouth-watering — creamy, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. It was honestly the highlight of our meal! A special thank you to Peta for serving us — she was so kind, attentive, and made our Valentine’s day even more special with her excellent service. We’ll definitely be coming back

One of my all time favorite spots! I keep coming back here for their delicious food ! Khao soi is one of my most favorite dishes. We have also catered from this place twice for large gatherings and they have wonderful service, really quick response and the food service for catering is amazing!! Highly recommend ! 02-20-2026 First time to try this restaurant. Our server, Patcharee, was very attentive answering our questions regarding menu. Delicious food, though a bit lacking of that signature Thai taste (herbs or lemongrass’s that we have experienced in another Thai restaurant in Toronto). But we will comeback to try other dishes.

We went there for the second time today and just for a sweet treat this time. We ordered the famous Coconut Sticky Rice with Mango and I must say it was worth it. It wasn’t too sweet like other desserts. The mango’s sweetness was well balanced by the sticky rice. A must-try dessert!

We had a wonderful experience at Thai Room Grand. The food was excellent and the service even better. We ordered the Malay chicken with jasmine rice — absolutely loved it. The shrimp rolls were extraordinarily delicious, easily one of the best appetizers I’ve had in a while. My mom tried the pineapple fried rice with shrimp and chicken. It was well made, but for some reason, she didn’t enjoy it as much as the rest of us did. What really stood out was our server, Jack. He noticed my mom wasn’t fully satisfied and immediately checked in with genuine care. He was empathetic, asked how he could make it better, and even refunded the dish without us asking. That kind of customer service is rare, and Jack deserves credit for making our evening such a pleasant one. Overall, great food, amazing service, and a place we’ll definitely return to.

Really good food. Best Thai food I had till now. Kate was an excellent server and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. She was very attentive, professional, and ensured everything was taken care of promptly. Her friendly attitude and strong service skills really stood out. We felt well looked after throughout the meal. Highly recommend Kate—she’s great at what she does!
