I have been missing the dry pho spot in SF Larkin street since they closed down so I had to find an alternative to satisfy my cravings. This spot is located in a plaza with ample parking spots, and we found one right in front of the restaurant. We came at 12:30pm on a Sunday and it wasn’t crowded at all. We got seated right away and discovered their menu specialized in dry noodles — jackpot! I went with #45, the rice noodles with crab (though they were out today), shrimp, and meats with soup on the side. All these dry dishes have the option of being soup noodles if that’s what you’re in the mood for. The sauce was good and there’s lots of toppings which made the dish awesome. They steam the bean sprouts and veggies you can add on top of your order, too. My husband got the egg noodle one just to try a different option — I still like the rice noodle more but it was also very good! Service is fast and we paid with cash for a discount. Will be back :)

Absolutely Outstanding Vietnamese Cuisine! From presentation to flavor, this restaurant delivers an exceptional dining experience. The com tam (broken rice) plates are beautifully arranged and packed with authentic Vietnamese flavors. The grilled pork chop is perfectly marinated and tender, the shredded pork skin (bì) is fresh and flavorful, and the steamed egg meatloaf (chả trứng) is deliciously savory with a light, fluffy texture. Every component is well-balanced, from the crispy vegetables and pickled carrots to the warm bowl of broth and perfectly cooked jasmine rice, garnished with scallion oil and roasted peanuts. The house fish sauce is rich, balanced, and elevates the entire meal. Clean presentation, generous portions, and quality ingredients reflect the pride and care they put into every plate. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Vietnamese food or trying it for the first time, this spot is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Authentic, Delicious, and Unforgettable Hospitality – Cơm Tấm Long Xuyên If you’re looking for a true taste of Vietnam, Cơm Tấm Long Xuyên is an absolute must visit. The food here is a true representation of Vietnamese street food at its finest. The cơm tấm (broken rice) is cooked to perfection, with perfectly grilled pork and crispy skin that are packed with flavor. The balance of the sweet, savory, and smoky flavors makes each bite a delightful experience. What sets this place apart, though, isn’t just the food: it’s the hospitality. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, always making sure that every customer feels at home. Each time I’ve visited, I’ve been treated like family, and it really adds to the overall experience. I’ve been coming here for years, and every time is just as satisfying as the last. It’s rare to find a spot that combines such high quality food with a genuine, personal touch. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, you’re guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face and a full belly. Highly recommend!

Their dried noodles is everything on point. The noodles is soft, the sauce is good, chili oil is provided, generous on meat and shrimps and reasonable price. I mean this place is in South Bay. Must try!

My favorite restaurant in Milpitas. The to-go portion is massive and quite delicious for both Pho and Com Tam (broken rice). The shredded pork skin is the real star, to be honest, it’s the only place I eat it because the smell and taste are so much better than anywhere else. The staff are super friendly and efficient. A local must-visit!
