Haven't been here in 5+ years but this place has remained the same. Classic Vietnamese dishes with no frills and no fancy flairs. The food is straightforward with a home-cooked taste. The menu is quite big for a small place. Some items are a hit or miss. It's safest to go with the popular items like the vermicelli bowls, rice dishes, hu tieu (egg noodle dishes), pho, and banh canh (tapioca noodle soup). The service is very authentically Vietnamese. They aren't going to hover, so call them if you need them.
Old school Vietnamese joint . Their “hu tiu kho” is the best in town , and don’t forget to ask for their chilli oil The broth is kinda salty , but I don’t mind since I have the dried version of noodles
I have been here for about 15 years and finally give them a review. Most typical Vietnamese don’t give reviews and I’m one of them . We either come back if it’s good or don’t come back if it’s not good. Food is excellent and still the same for past 15 years and the same owners. My favorite is bún chả cá (fish cakes noodles) and bánh canh cua (crab noodles). My husband likes cơm tấm đặc biệt 7 món (7 special combinations broken rice) and bún bò huế (spicy beef noodles). They all are good. They are like home made food and I typically order them on the days that I don’t want to cook. Give them a try and help the owners stay in business.
Ordered Bun Mam and I thought it was a bit too sweet for my taste. But overall everything was good. Fast service.
We came from Kansas City and had a party of 12, we got seated no problem. All of our food came out hot and fresh. Server did forget a few things but fixed it no problem. Kind service and amazing food.
the pho was tasty but the egg rolls definitely surprised me! they were hot, crispy, and especially with the sauce a great start to the meal; definitely recommend them.
If you come here you need to get their com tam(rice bbq pork). The fish sauce and the meat are one the best I have ever eat. Even cali can't even compete. If you try Pho you ate the wrong dish.
My family and I came to eat here. It was our first time trying it and its was good, pho flavor was good, prices were also good (Not too fancy either) . I got the rice plate with 7 different things and my husband just wished it came with more shrimp OR another pork chop. Staff was okay not super inviting but also not rude. Overall it was good. Will be coming back.
