Blue Jean Café

I stopped here for lunch and the young man working the host stand AND waiting tables was HUSTLING!!!! He did an amazing job. The food was hot and fresh and just like I ordered. The steak fingers were amazing. The mashed potatoes were homemade. Will definitely stop here again!

This is overall a cool place. The original wood floors are in great shape and they pulled the walls down to the original shiplap and painted it. There is more space in this house than you think there is as you enter, but it is still pretty small. The staff here is all very young. But they are well trained and did a great job waiting tables. The food is great. There are some different flavors in their meet, gravy, fries, etc but it's all very good. If your traveling through or stopping in Stamford, give this place a try. You won't be delighted you did!

Had the fish and chips with the slaw. The fish was light and tasty. The slaw was the bomb and the chips were hot. A bit salty but still good. Service was great and with a smile. Couldn’t ask for any better at such a small town diner. It’s great and worth a drive to see and try.

This place is the bomb. Always friendly faces & fast service. Food has never disappointed, it’s always been great. Family owned & operated. Stop by when you’re in the area. You won’t be disappointed.

Arrived at 1:50pm, even though they close at 2:00pm. Still received the most gracious service with beautiful smiles. Smelled so delicious that I took a bite of the smothered steak with my custom side of fried eggs before remembering to take a photo of my plate. Will return next time I am in the area, and recommend this blue jean dream.

Very cool gem of a restaurant right here in Stamford, TX. The service was excellent and the food was better. My wife and I had the fish tacos which was the special for the day and we both loved them. The red beans that came with them were delicious and the house made chips and salsa was phenomenal. Great place, highly recommend. We've been back several times since my initial review and it has always been great. The chef here can really cook. I had some BBQ brisket tacos one night and they were delicious. I'll probably dream about them. So good. And the service is always great. Everyone is friendly and they're great servers.

Just WOW!! Had the pork chop dinner and it was great!! The chop was good, the loaded mashed was good and the BBQ sauce is out of the park good!! Planning to do lunch there tomorrow before we leave town.

Stopped into Blue Jeans cafe in Stamford Texas today. What a super cute, little blue house with a HUGE Menu! Tried the Texas Club and it was AMAZING! Also make sure you get the bread pudding, It was SPECTACULAR!!! I am not going to lie though the service could have been 100% better. The entire town was so friendly but service in this restaurant were not.
