Just passing through, so first time. Welcoming atmosphere. Fresh salad bar and really good sweet tea. The food was good and large portions too. Couple throwbacks when I saw the vintage wooden bowls for the salad bar and the A1 and 57 steak sauce already on the table for you. Would definitely return.
Excellent food and service. Chicken livers, mashed potatoes and fried okra. Yum!!! Will definitely return.
Stayed in the area and this seemed to be a nice little place and it was don’t let the exterior fool ya. We were able to see Bama beat TN!! I had the salad bar, which was amazing, also grilled chicken tenders and fries. It was all so good.

Great staff. Fantastic food. Reasonable priced. The waitress even came to the table to refill the ice in our sweet tea. It was a wonderful experience and I will be back!

Love this place, the food is great and the staff are out of this world. I will travel from Tuscaloosa to Cedar Landing just for the Chicken Fried Steak. Awesome place, don't miss it. Sorry, but I have to update my review. They no longer open on Saturday until 3:00 pm, too late for us on a Saturday from Tuscaloosa. We will miss you guys.
