The food is good but the breakfast is where it's all at. Everything else is alright but nothing special. They don't bring food to you, they ring the device. Though, just watch the front counter, sometimes they either fat-finger the number device or forget to ring it.

24/7 service, priced fairly, good foods, and always a place to sit if choosing to dine in. Simply can’t go wrong!

Really tasty burgers, ample portions for the chicken bulgogi, and great breakfast - all 24/7 hours open for decent prices. Some reviewer mentioned the Smash Burger “doesn’t taste like smash burger”, well I ate it several times in the states and it tastes similar to Smash Burger. Someone also said “no secret sauce”, I don’t know how anyone could miss the sauce, it is literally served open faced with the sauce slathered all over the top. Unless the reviewer mistook liquid for solid cheese. Another reviewer said the food was pricey. Really? It’s $8.50 for a double meat smashburger with fries. Have you seen how much a burger set costs in America right now 2025? It’s $15.00 for a combo, or $10 for just the burger. Another reviewer said “some genius at FSS decided to make a portion of the restaurant a kids play area”? Maybe the entire base doesn’t revolve around you? The kids room is partitioned off with a door and closed so noise doesn’t leak out, and the restaurant is huge with tons of seats and almost never full.

I've ate here plenty of times when I was living in Lodging for a PCS. It's great that they're open 24/7. The burgers and bulgogi chicken/beef over rice is great and affordable.

Checkertails is a decent restaurant. Prices are reasonable. Finding parking will most likely be an issue. There are too many cars, not enough spots. If you can walk, that's the course of action I'd recommend. Will ultimately save you time. A headache by avoiding the citation security forces will issue you, and getting exercise isn't a bad thing enjoy.

The spicey bulgogi is the best thing on the menu. That's what I eat every morning whenever I go to Korea.

Checkertails really is a good place for getting good yummies, usually at all hours of the day. You can call it the inside stand of a Sonic in a way. It times passed, and it was great for after curfew. I recommend this place for it's belly busting breakfast options, also the smash burger. It's legit.
