The Owner is so nice (takes time to talk to you). Everyone is very polite. A clean establishment. Simple lunch menu with many tasty favorites! And don't forget dessert.... Homemade!

Great place to get a great lunch as fast as fast food, with a wonderful homecooked meal taste. Everyday has a daily special meal and daily soup, which are each a delicious choice. Only serves lunch, but does it well! Would recommend if ever in town.

It's hard to beat the variety of delicious foods served with a smile at the Country Gossip. Today I had cheesy potato soup and a hot ham and cheese sandwich that were to die for. The chicken gumbo they usually serve on Monday or Tuesday is some of the best I've ever eaten. Great pies and banana pudding too. Highly recommend.

Great diner in downtown Stuttgart. Had some amazing chicken and dumplings with cornbread. They make all their food. Nothing fried. The most friendly staff. We were working in town, needed a late lunch, and found this diner. Recommend. They only serve lunch.

Friendly personnel with great food. There Reuben sandwich is the best anywhere. And their Philly cheesesteak sandwich is great. Well really it’s just all great!!! I would highly recommend this place for lunch! If your in a hurry you can call in your order and pick it up at the drive thru.
