Being from out of town, I asked the locals at the hardware store where I could find the best boiled crawfish in town and the pointed me here. I can say this, if anyone has BETTER crawfish, I'd like to know because these are hard to beat. They had good seasoning and the right amount of spice, were boiled perfectly and peeled easy, not muddy and a nice size to them. Corn and potatoes are also cooked to perfection and everything is very reasonably priced. The staff checks on you regularly, they serve cold beer and the atmosphere is very unique and enjoyable. When we come back to Golden Meadow next Spring, we will be back for these delicious crawfish and if we come back and it ain't crawfish season, I'll be happy to try the crabs.

Don't know if this place is still a restaurant but I came through here once on a bike trip from New Orleans and met Kurt and was lucky enough to taste his food and hear him talk, a real Cajun raconteur! Would love to take his fishing guide sometime
