Ms. Carolyn’s is a local breakfast gem. We enjoyed our breakfast which was tasty, hot and served promptly. Eggs with homemade Corned beef hash delish. Discount with bacon eggs and cheese.

Really enjoyed this restaurant white visiting Amelia Island. Would have given 5 stars if they hadn't brought me burnt toast. Shrimp and grits had nice big shrimp. The husband got the lumberjack breakfast and raved about the sausage. If you go be sure to buy some cake. Delicious cakes.

My husband and I went here for breakfast before we ran our errands. I had a breakfast burrito and it was huge!! My husband had the western omelet and loved it. The veggies were plentiful and still a little crunchy the way he likes it. Coffee was delicious also. I can't remember our servers name but she was so sweet and very attentive. We'll definitely be back.

Visiting Mrs. Carolyn’s was a wonderful experience, from the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed, and the staff was so friendly! Our breakfast was delicious, I ordered the hollandaise scrambled eggs with potatoes, bacon, a side of sausage and pancakes, and my husband ordered the corn beef hash with fried eggs and potatoes, everything was seasoned to perfection!! When we’re visiting in the area, we definitely will stop by again, we highly recommend it!

Great local place for breakfast or dinner. You can tell the locals here love this place as we saw a lot of regulars. The food was really good, the grits were one of the best we ever had. The service phenomenal! The location is a hole in the wall and might need some love and care but is ok, the other aspects makes you forget about that. Definitely try this place.

Fantastic breakfast!! Biscuits that are fluffy and delicious (huge too), hash browns that were flavorful and am omelette that had more filling than could fit the egg. Best breakfast im the island. Quick service too.
