This place always seemed to be busy when I drove by, so I figured it was worth a try. That was several months ago, and I keep going back whenever I'm hankering a salad with crab cake - a local standard that Rams Head does well. I'm sure I'll miss it after I move back home to Tennessee where they don't know what crab cakes are. The rest of the food, as far as I can tell, is good, too. The servers are always prompt and very friendly to me.
Great roadside stop for dinner. We had the beet salad, black bean soup, and the shepherd's pie. All homemade and good including the rolls. (We shared everything and they even split the salad for us so you get more that it looks like in our pics) Everything we ordered was excellent! Nice people, and atmosphere. So many more options to chose from on the menu. One couple near us guessed the weight of the lobster and ate it for FREE!
First time here and it did not disappoint! The wings were perfectly crispy, the pretzels were great, the crab cake sandwich was perfectly and seasoned well, the fajitas were well flavored, and my kids really enjoyed the kids burgers and sundaes. The house beers were also great! Staff were super friendly and welcoming and the environment was fun and clean. Fellow patrons were also very friendly. There are many tvs with a variety of channels to watch if you looked around. The happy hour deal was great and it is definitely worth signing up for the rewards program. We cannot wait to come back!
We had SUCH a great experience at the roadhouse tonight! The staff is the absolute BEST! Cam was our host and went above and beyond getting us the perfect table, Lawson took such good care of us as our server, and Nicki the manager (who i always see leading by example) even came by to make sure everything was perfect for us. And it was! Whoever hires the staff here, keep it up! Highly recommend.
Have yet to have a dish I didn't like. Really enjoy the daily specials. The staff are amazing and very attentive. Never wanted for refills. Call ahead for reservations because they can sometimes get very busy. Great local watering hole.
Really enjoyed our first visit to the Roadhouse. Started with the Rockfish bites and pretzels. Both were delicious. Kids Mac and cheese was a hit. The crab soup is very thick and full of crab meat.
Food is decent, the service is wonderful and the atmosphere is relaxed. Burger night is worth it. Decent bands, but the place is long, so it can get loud if you are on the side near the band. They have events for the kids too. Handicap accessible, but the bathroom may be a little tight.
We went on Sunday night for half price burgers. The burgers were great. The atmosphere was easy going and not too loud. There were not a lot of families with kids.
