Wow! I was impressed with this place! Great food, good drinks, and great service. Went on a Friday night fish fry and didn't have to wait too long. Got called to our table about the time I finished my first drink. Fish fry buffet! Are you kidding me...Yes please. The buffet had fried cod, baked cod, perch, catfish, shrimp, chicken, BBQ pork, pot roast...just to name a few. Also a small salad bar. Will go back in a heartbeat.
My husband and I were camping at Lake Kegonsa State Park and wanted a Friday Fish Fry. Called to make reservations but they don’t take them on Fridays. We were given the best advice by the gentleman who answered the phone. He said arrive about 4:30 and put your name on the list, boy was he right, it got busy. The waitstaff was great and polite, as was the bartender. One of the best fish fries we’ve had. Will definitely be back now that we found this gem.
Supper club on the water with patio and live music a lot. Good fish fry and fried mushrooms but there a different menu for inside and out, typically there’s a wait inside and not for outside. Could have fly traps and cleaner busing area.
I'm not saying this is a 5-star restaurant, but I am saying that the food we ordered, and the service we received, was excellent. We sat outside with a view of the lake and, as long as we stayed out of the sun, the atmosphere was great. Recommended.
They had a neat variety of outdoor seating for dining. The food was good. The children's menu had a good variety options as well. The view of Lake Kegonsa was amazing. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly.
Absolutely love this place! The location is perfect, with a great view of Lake Kegonsa that makes every visit feel special. The food is consistently excellent and reasonably priced. On top of that, the service is always friendly and attentive. It’s no wonder we keep coming back. Highly recommend!
It's absolutely amazing. We opted for the Fisf Fry Buffet. It included perch, battered cod, breaded cod,catfish, baked cod, lasagna, mac and cheese, smoked pork, hit veggies, mashed potatoes, gravy, hashbrown casserole, and more. Along with a very nice salad bar.
