This is an amazing bar! I was in town for two days for work and found this gem. Amber the bartender is amazing and was always kept my drink full and was very friendly and fun to talk to! I definitely recommend this bar to anyone that is looking for good food, beer and a friendly atmosphere!
The food was great! Ordered the Buffalo nachos, everything was crispy and tasty. The beer is great and the bartender was a star always checking in and keeping tabs on how things were going. I am definitely comming back.
Tap It Local is a good little spot for a bite to eat and some libations to sip. The chicken tenders are freshly breaded in-house and come with some crazy looking french fries. The fried green tomatoes have a balsamic glaze and blue cheese crumbles. The Sriracha chicken wrap was delicious. It comes on a spinach tortilla coated in a Sriracha ranch. There's a generous amount of chicken on there. The happy hour drink specials are worth a stop by to see.
Im retrying this place. Went there when it 1st opened and was disappointed with the food. Im glad to say food seems very much improved. The wings were very good compared to the tiny soft squishy wings when they opened. Being from Buffalo it is a must for me to have good wings and they now have it right! I will be back to try more on their menu!
Bartender really set the tone for the place when we walked in. Drinks, food, or both...I recommend both. Johan knows his stuff at the bar between the beer, mixed drinks, shooter...etc. $0.60 steam shrimp is a daily special and on point. From bartender, to the waiter, and the cooks everyone was really cordial and down to Earth. Wife and I will be hitting this spot up on Saturday nights on the regular. Keep it up!
Quick service, great food and friendly staff. Cozy bar with lots of craft beer options. Several decent TV's to catch the game. I brought my wife and kid around dinner time, not a bad place to bring the young one with you in the afternoon.
Good Beers. Wings were the best part - Wish I could recall what they were, but the dry rub reminded me of Herrs Hot Chips! I also enjoyed the Impossible Burger, which did taste surprisingly like meat.
Nice, casual little restaurant and bar. They had GOOD live music on a Thursday night, an excellent menu, and wonderful servers. We started with fried green tomatoes (topped with bleu cheese and balsamic vinegar) and the seafood flat bread (think crab dip and pita wedges, add shrimp and broil it on the bread). The portions were generous and I was glad I decided on a sandwich entree after we ordered the apps. The homemade crabcake sandwich with fried Brussels sprouts were just enough, and the raspberry saison complimented the meal well. My partner had the seafood mac and cheese, and wound up taking about half of it home. Melt in your mouth scallops, perfectly steamed shrimp, and lump crabmeat in a smoked Gouda cheese sauce - it was just decadent. A tart cranberry gose set the richness of the dish off beautifully. They were short at least one server and the bartender picked up our table to help out. I know this is a big deal in the business. That kind of teamwork made this place a standout for service. We'll definitely go back.
