The food is always very fresh, very tasty and exactly what we order. We have been there for the last 6 weeks to enjoy the Teriyaki box special on Tuesdays. Great staff that care. Thankyou.
Had never tried Noodle Box before and I was surprised how fresh and tasty it was. Nanaimo restaurants have been disappointing lately so I wasn’t expecting much from a takeout joint. There was a mixup with my bubble tea order which was quickly fixed and I was given a free pop, which I really appreciate. It was a nice gesture! The bubble teas need some work. The tapioca wasn’t soaked long enough so it was crunchy. Other than that, I’ll be back for more noodles!
The service was very good. The cashier was friendly and efficient. My order was prepared quickly (4 minutes). The food was good (sweet and sour shrimp), there were lots of vegetables and the noodles were tasty. The order could have been warmer and needed a bit more seasoning (more salt). Overall, a good experience. A great option for healthy, fast food.
Just stopped in for lunch. Food was exceptional! Asked for extra sauce and actually got extra sauce! The meat was really well cooked and we tried the crispy steak in the peanut bowl. Excellent! Been going to noodlebox for years and this was probably in my top 3 visits!
The staff are friendly — not only the cashiers but also the cooks. And the food is definitely worth it. I usually order the peanut noodle box or the Thai butter chicken box. They’re not too strong in flavor, but they’re delicious and unique. I recommend this place to anyone who wants Asian food.
Amazing food! The fried rice is an absolute must! Not to mention came so very fast! Mehar is very good at his job and made us feel so welcome! Definitely worth your time!

Been to a few Noodle Box in Victoria. This branch in Nanaimo, environment and food is decent. We visited during the Teriyaki Tuesday promo. The soda water dispenser was broken for years maybe discontinued.
