I love french bakeries. I ate some variation of bread every morning in Vietnam. La Baguette Magique in WC is excellent. Really reasonable prices, so many things I wanted to try. That baguette was unreal, bread is so airy, yet crisp. Huge fan of the pistachio eclair as well. I would post a photo of the macaroons, but my photo is what they look like after a toddler smashes them.

A charming little French inspired shop, excellent service, and delectable pastries. This is a very lovely little shop. That has these adorable little tables with cute little flowers. The chairs have seen better days, some of the wicker ones are starting to unravel and the chairs just aren't comfortable enough for you to want to stay and chat for very long. The food and pastries are the star of the show here. I've tried a variety of their offerings and they're all delicious and reasonably priced. Their drinks are another story, my husband's caramel latte he said was good but they didn't even have my usual drink of choice of a chai tea latte. So I went with a hot chocolate which wasn't very chocolatey at all, just very bland and somehow my small hot chocolate cost more than his large caramel latte... I'll definitely want to come back for the food but I'll probably walk down the street to Carlinos for a drink.

La Baguette Magique is a charming little bakery that truly lives up to its magical name. From the moment you walk in, the warm aroma of freshly baked pastries fills the air, instantly making you feel at home. Their chocolate croissant is absolutely divine—flaky on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside, with just the right amount of rich chocolate that melts perfectly in every bite. Pairing it with their hot chocolate is a match made in heaven.

It has been years since I have left a review, but I have to review this absolute delight of a cafe. A simple, presumptive corner patisserie with truly French scale comestibles. The croissant is butter held together with gluten, perfect and utterly decadent. We ended up purchasing pretty much one of everything simply to extend the enjoyment, and were entirely pleased with every selection. The keystone was the service. FOH and BOH were in harmony; the Sous was supportive and authoritative without being overbearing. The staffers behind the counter are utterly attentive and skilled; friendly, maintaining eye contact, offering suggestions when asked, and accepted extensive orders as a set, no getting one or two items at a time. Efficient, cheerful, warm, and very competent. At the risk of hyperbole, I will say this is hands down the perfect example of a Parisian cafe in the US.

We’re so happy to have such a wonderful place for our morning croissants and weekly bread. The campagne bread, baguette, and the loaf with sunflower and pumpkin seeds are my absolute go-tos—I end up buying them every week without fail. You can really taste that everything is made from scratch, with no unnecessary or unhealthy additives. The staff is always amazing—no matter how busy it gets, we’re greeted with warm smiles and made to feel welcome. The only small wish I have is that the campagne bread weren’t baked quite as much, since it’s my favorite and occasionally comes out a bit too hard or overdone. That said, I highly recommend this place. It’s a gem.

La baguette magigue is my new go to bakery. My favorite part about this bakery is that you’re transported to France with not just the decor but the smell of baked goods! When you first walk in there is a small selection of international food items like olive oil. The workers are very friendly and welcoming. I loved the way we were treated. They even offered complimentary jelly and butter up at the cash register. Which by the way, the jelly was amazing! There was a little of everything you could ever want! From Eclairs to the most amazing croissants! I was looking for more of a lunchtime meal so I ordered the Ham & cheese croissant. The crispy exterior would pass the knife test. The Swiss cheese and ham were nicely added in with a good bake! The buttery finish was amazing. I could not help but also order the chocolate croissant which was the French kiss of the whole experience! Absolutely delicious with the right amount of chocolate inside. We also ordered the bacon & cheese brioche. Crispy exterior with such soft structure on the inside! The cheese was melted on top with a sprinkle of bacon which topped it off really nicely. There were tiny pâte a chouxs that we could not pass up! The ratio of cream and puff pastry was so delicious two was just not enough! They had limited drinks options. With just sparkling water, sprite, kombucha and coffee. For all of my British bake off fans, Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith would approve in a heartbeat! I highly recommend this bakery and would come back as soon as I can!

La Baguette Magique in West Chester is a true gem that feels straight out of Paris. All of the pastries and breads are baked fresh daily, and it shows — from the perfectly flaky croissants to the rich, flavorful baguettes. The coffee is smooth and pairs perfectly with anything you choose. With its cozy atmosphere and friendly service, it’s the kind of café you’ll want to keep coming back to.

The best bakery in the area, by far. The bread is great, the coffee and beverages are well above average, but it's the pastries where La Baguette really stands out. You won't find a better croissant, tart, or quiche anywhere.
