Stopped in for breakfast, a bit of shopping and found a post office inside too! The staff eas friendly and helpful! Excellent place for a meal!
Awesome experience. Supporting a small business owner with such dedication to making a great a menu (which cannot be matched in our hometown) is worth a visit for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
Best breakfast this side of the Canadian and Mexican borders. Hands down the best food I've had. Great people and Old country store atmosphere. Highly recommend.
One of the best places on planet Earth ! Food, ambience and overall service is remarkable. Cindy and the staff are the most welcoming amazing people. If you want to step back in time and enjoy a piece Of history this is the place to go!
First time having breakfast at the Mercantile. We've been going up to Hillsgrove for years and I don't know why we waited so long to eat here. Absolutely delicious. Had the sausage gravy and biscuits, best I've ever had and it was a huge portion. Can't wait to go back.
Was just there this morning after being recommended by some friends and it was awesome. Such a cool place with great food, service and prices. The creamed chipped beef (they chip their own beef!) over home made biscuits was amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough!
This place has all the small town charm with the best food around. Definitely worth the stop anytime of day.
Stopped in after hiking and was greeted by the nicest person; So welcoming and friendly! Cute little place inside. Unfortunately, it was past their restaurant hours and the pizza place is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but will be back
