Absolutely FABULOUS! Ordered a cake for a rustic, outdoor fall wedding. Cake was beautiful and absolutely delish! Jeffery and his mother were awesome to work with!
Don't let the location scare you off. Amazing staff! Cheesecake was great. Chocolate chip cookie was delicious!
This is cheesecake and cookies the way the lordt intended them to be and quite possibly the most delicious thing I've ever had in my mouth! Their cookies are huge and heavy, that's the initial "wow" factor, and the combination of the ingredients they use are sweet, perfection! I don't usually like cooked chocolate chip cookies (I know, I know, salmonella), but I am here for Tip'n's cookies! ALL of the flavors we tried were amazing! Bravo, guys! Forget that cookie company that's not so "great" and check out Tip'n the Scale.
A little hard to find as it's half of a gas station and not super visible... IT IS WORTH THE FIND... the chocolate truffle cheesecake is amazing and you can choose toppings like dressing an ice cream. They also make Gluten free cheesecake by order...WE WILL BE BACK!
Jeff and Maggie stayed until we made it from Kingsport so we could get some cheesecake. We were greeted with smiles, and an ENORMOUS amount of knowledge AND choices. I asked if Jeff would adopt me because I will be here often lol. Bristol needed this little gem of a place full of sweet cheesecake(also cookies and Kahlua brownies) You are doing yourself, or the rest of your family any good if you do not stop in and pick some up!! (they also do orders 6"-30" AND wedding cheesecakes!!)
We try to visit anytime we are in Bristol. Nice assortment of delicious homemade cheesecake. The service is always superb. Lemon and butterscotch toffee are two of our favorites.
Anyone who tells you that blackbird has better cheesecake is lying straight through their teeth. This is some of the best cheesecake I have ever had
