I'm not sure what it is, but there's something about the pizza's from Cool Water that are delicious. Maybe it's the cheese they use, but I just can't have enough. Also, the bar has gotten much cleaner since they've stopped allowing smoking inside.
Every bartender has been amazing! All the ladies are super patient with my special order drink and make it wonderful! Plus the Texas BBQ burger is awesome!
I found this country saloon years ago while working in the area and have been back numerous times! Great selection of draught beers and great food specials! My wife is now a frequent guest and loves it too! Great place to watch the Steelers!
The amount and quality of food makes up for any lack of drive-up appeal. Parking. Somewhat limited selection of scotch. Very much a saloon. The bartender is friendly and competent. Pretty typical setup. I'd stop in again.

My fiancé and i stopped at the cool water after our engagement party, I noticed my wallet was missing the next morning, a couple that are regulars at this bar reached out to me on facebook that they found my wallet, as well as Andrea (bartender), nothing was missing from my wallet, cash cards, ect. I even offered to give the couple money for reaching out to me, and they would not accept it.I am forever greatful that there are good people in this world, this bar has the most trustworthy employees and regulars. Thank you so much!!!
Great regional country road stop...spent several Saturdays both pre and post IUP football games over the last few years, dining and sampling beverages.....if you're hungry and thirsty on Route 56 between Apollo and Indiana, don't pass it up, the regular crew are great folk making for a nice experience....
A few friends & I visited recently &were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and the portions were ample. The prices were very reasonable. I recommend this great place.
