Dopp's Inn

We decided to stop in for a quick meal on a Sunday. The bar was full of patrons watching football. The dining room was empty. The lunch menu consists of burgers, wraps, hot or cold subs and salads. The dinner menu has a nice selection of pastas, steaks, etc. We each had a prime rib sub. We both thought our sandwiches were delicious. I had 2 IPA's (no draft beer) and my bride had 2 ciders. The bar bill was 17 dollars for 4 drinks. How do you beat that? The subs were 12.95, and were very generous. My wife took a piece of apple pie home. She stated that it was home made and delicious. You really can't go wrong. We will be back.

We had a great server, but I think the restaurant might have been understaffed on the night we went. She was the only person we saw almost the entire night - taking orders, running food, bussing tables, she was doing it all. Although it took a while to get drinks and food, everything was very good! I highly suggest trying out the specials, though their subs and burgers are also great. And if you have room, try the desserts! We had the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and it was fantastic.

We were seated quickly. Drink order taken immediately. Once we ordered our food and my salad, which was fresh and delicious, it was quite the wait for our food even though it was not very busy. But once we got our food, Fried Shrimp for me and a burger for my husband everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Had food catered several times, always amazing! Well priced and extremely satisfied every time!

Dopps crew did a beautiful catered, in house lunch for 40+ people following our Father's funeral. The food was delicious and we had a large variety! The macaroni and potato salads are like your Grandma use to make, made with real Hellmans mayo, not the runny/milky stuff delis and restaurants typically serve! Pulled pork, sausage & peppers, broccoli alfredo, chicken rigatoni, Mac & cheese were so yummy! The wings should NOT be missed either. Excellent variety at the bar and quick service. Fair pricing, great, attentive service and pleasant employees. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a small town, long-time tavern/inn. For us it was the food, service and people surrounding us that made it a great day. Ty for taking care of us on a difficult day!

Finger foods - Taco Skins (potato skins with taco stuffing+cheese) deep fried - everything! Main meals , lunch and dinner. In the bar, they have stools and tables, and a separate dining room area. They have a wrap around porch that accommodates a couple of tables. And is surrounded by a large parking lot. If you're looking for polished brass and crystal, this isn't the place. But if you're looking for a great place to meet old friends and make new ones, have a drink, eat some great food, you gotta try this place out. Prices very reasonable. They even have Jalapeño Vodka! It's on the main drive , off State Hwy 5, just on the outskirts of Dolgeville. A quaint little town that also has an awesome bakery and bread store, plus other little gems as well.

Awesome family owned restaurant! This is a great place to go if you want to feel like you're eating at a family members. Nice relaxing atmosphere.
