Fat Moose Bar & Grill

As soon as you walked in, you could feel the ‘everybody knows your name’ atmosphere. The locals were welcoming, the food was delicious, and the service was spot-on. It’s the perfect little hole-in-the-wall spot I would stop again

Fat Moose is a very special place. Every person that walks through the door is treated like an old long lost friend. The food is phenomenal the drinks are tasty and the service is off the charts good. Every time we pass through Woodland we make a special stop at the Fat Moose!

We met some friends who live in the area for breakfast on a Saturday morning. We were greeted warmly and sat at a table! Waitress was awesome and on top of taking care of our table of 5. Breakfast was great - including drink options. Price was right where i would expect. Location & Parking lot where easy to find and parking lot was plentiful. There were regulars and you could tell they were well valued and welcomed with how you should be treated. We will be back to try their other menu options & drink options. You should too

We were visiting and stopped in for their Fish Friday. Service was excellent, food was fresh and came out quickly. Servers were all very good, attentive and super friendly!The place was busy but nobody was ignored. If we lived closer this would definitely be a place where we go to on a regular basis. We will be back again next time we are in the area

Im from longview wa, but, was meeting a friend here to catch up and have a few beers. They had my beer and getting it on tap which is amazing. Ordered a bacon wrapped fillet mignon, mash potatoes w/ brown gravy for $7.⁹⁹. It was so cheap we got some fried pickles while we waited and more drinks. The servers & owner were a fiesty bunch. I loved every second of it. They gave it as good as I did. Very fun, will be going back.

I was on the road and hit this place by chance. Being a pescatarian my choices were limited, like: fish & chips or nachos, which I chose and were good. The dish was generous. I enjoy the meal.

Fun atmosphere with the moose and all kinds of great, classic bar decor. Giant wooden moose outside is fun, my waitress, Christine, was fantastic and attentive. Not a bad price for fish and chips, came with a nice dinner salad. Four pieces of fish and plenty of fries. My mind was thinking halibut but it did not say that in the menu, so cod is a little softer than I like, but the breading had a nice flavor to it and was crisp.

I stumbled in for surf and turf night with bacon-wrapped steak and fried shrimp with a loaded baked potato! Hit the spot perfectly! Not to mention they had my favorite, Belching Beaver Peanut Butter Stout! It was the perfect comfort meal for a cold and rainy night!
