I love fish fry Fridays. I bought the fried Cod with potato pancakes. Thankfully there was a generous serving of fish because the potato pancakes were very greasy. The fish was excellent. We loved the atmosphere of a small town tavern. I will come back.
Awesome food and bartender was great! Even the people in the bar were great!! Not from around there but we'll be back soon!! Highly recommend Cahoots & Co!!!!
Great food! Friendly staff! Nice atmosphere with outdoor seating. Olivia, our bartender/server, was great! Highly recommend their fish fry. Great cod, my husband loved the walleye. Only $12.99 for three huge pieces of cod with fries or potato pancakes, bread, coleslaw, tarter and bread. Best place I've had a fish fry in a while.
Service and food is 5 stars x 2 = 10 stars! 4 stars for Atmosphere because it is noisy due to its popularity having a packed house! : ) Waitresses and bar tenders super friendly. Nice tap beers, I like the Riverwest lager. There is free street parking, but if no spaces, there is free parking a short distance away at the Town Hall.
The food is amazing. Quality ingredients nicely prepared and served. I have been several times and have enjoyed myself and the food consistently. Worth the 45 minute drive for me.
Very good fish fry, fresh bread, tasty curly fries very good tarter sauce. Fish cooked just right. Our server was friendly and good. Bonus, they had a rubber duck claw machine!
It's a Thursday night 7:00 absolutely packed bartenders and kitchen staff have it handled. Someone just left table was cleaned within 2 minutes. Everyone knows it may take a while for food, nobody seems to mind. The drinks are great, and the crowd is having a great time. Seems like everyone knows someone.
Food is good. Drinks are well prepared. Great wings on Thursday nights. Plenty of barstools in area to stand and talk. There is an outdoor deck. Kid friendly.
