I've been there for my birthday in July for dinner it was amazing. Went there again last week for lunch, same energy, same taste, everything is just perfect there. Thank you to the manager for checking on us every time and make sure the experience is perfect

My first job was in a hotel, so always appreciate amazing staff because I know how hard they work. Juan and Kim have made my time at the rooftop excellent! I just want to give them a little shout. You can tell Juan does NOT play about the details and it shows in the best way. Omar and Hayden we great too. You can tell this staff is a well-oiled, thoughtful machine. And my Caesar with salmon was SO good. The salmon managed to be crispy on the skin but perfectly tender.

We visited for the first time and we absolutely loved the ambiance, service and the food! Mr. Rodrigo was phenomenal and the food was fresh and very flavorful. We ordered the Baklava (?) for dessert and it was nothing like the other ones I’ve tasted before. It was amazing! I would highly recommend it. We parked in valet and it was very easy and convenient

Me and my friends went to Calabra for sunset and had the best experience. Our server, Danil, was amazing. He went above and beyond, especially when one of us asked for a drink that wasn’t on the menu. His recommendations were spot on, and we loved the seafood tower. Overall, the service from the entire staff was excellent. Other servers checked in on us, cleared plates promptly, and brought the bill without delay. Danil’s attention and friendliness truly made our visit extra special.

I had an amazing experience at Calabra in the Proper Hotel in Santa Monica. The food is consistently great, and the ambiance—especially during the summer—is unbeatable. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed rooftop lunch with beautiful views. I’ve also had nothing but great customer service. Ramiro, who often takes care of us, is incredibly nice, friendly, and always recommends the best food options. He’s truly one of the reasons I enjoy coming back. The pricing is reasonable, and their burger is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend Calabra!

Finally! A restaurant and bar that knows great service. We had a platter to share and the naan bread was so soft and delicious. We then had the branzino which was made with a chimmichuri sauce. The General Manager Juan gave us some quality time by taking our picture at various spots from the roof top, which we really appreciated. I liked too that they had organic wine for us 50-something ladies that tend to wine headaches. We will be back!

Came for the vegan burger (from a blog recommendation of best vegan burgers in LA) It's not listed on the menu. But their burger - they make it vegan. And wow. It was SOOO DELICIOUS! The patty was excellent and they make it themselves! I thought it was an impossible patty at first but then I had to ask. They add a creamy vegan cheese and the sauce that is in the burger is just wow (tomatoes with fig?) vegan brioche obviously - I wish all non vegan restaurants did that this restaurant has done. Get informed on how to make an amazing vegan dish. This is what a vegan dish should be like. Filling. Tasty as hell. 10 years vegan so I'm picky with my vegan burgers. I'll be back whenever I visit LA again! - cocktail was lovely too! Actually the side salad was th only thing that was very basic. When I'm back I'll get the fried that sounded really goooood . I'm dure if they can do this burger, they can make the vegan version of the salad a lot more interesting too. Anyways 10 stars out of 5 And staff was also SOOOO friendly! I'm sorry I forgot the name of the waiter. He was from Honduras. Very attentive

This was truly the best experience I’ve had in LA so far! Incredible food, impeccable service. A special thank you to Paul, the manager and the team, who really took care of us and made the whole experience unforgettable.
