Trust me when I say they have some of the best ribs in the area. The rub they use is excellent. You can tell they put some time into these ribs. They are always damn good. You’ve got to try them.
Fun place to have a meal with friends. Good food, good people.
Best prime rib weve had in a while, melts in your mouth. I recommend this place, they have very good chicken to. Prices are pretty reasonable as well.
We always get a great meal here at the Kangley Inn. Great fried chicken, the robs just fall off the bone. Prime Rib is very good also. Beaver and Sally always ask all the patrons how thinks are. Great service!
We stop in here quite often on Saturday nights for the Prime Rib Special, which we have never had a bad cut here. Always very good! This past Saturday we just weren't feeling like Prime Rib, so I went with the Full Slab of Ribs, and the wife ordered a Half Fried Chicken. Both were AMAZING! Highly recommend stopping by on a Saturday night and enjoying a great meal, and friendly service!
Friendly locals. Food pretty good. Good bloody Mary Saturday prime rib special was excellent! Will definitely do again! And I'm very picky about my prime rib.
My boyfriend and I had gone to the pines and were treated very rudely We waited 5 minutes before anybody even acknowledged us. Staff kept walking by looking and not saying a word. An older man walked by us, put his finger in my boyfriend's face in a number one signal and walked away never uttered a word. We googled prime rib in my area. It showed Kangley Inn. We called at about 7:30 they told us togladly come that they don't stop serving in the kitchen until 8:00. So we hustled over and had the best prime rib ever. The wait staff were kind and courteous They took time to talk to us and were very pleasant and very welcoming. We will definitely be going back again. For the record we won't ever go to the Pines again.
Great food, they have real walleye which is hard to find. Its a country-homey type of place. Beaver and Sally are great hosts and very friendly. Prices are great considering market fluctuations. We love it here.
