Not sure why the raiting is so low, but I was close and decided to try this place out and it didn’t disappoint. My server Crystal was very attentive and nice, she helped me pick up the best options for both drinks and food. I ordered Longboards sunset to drink and ahi tuna nachos, and both were amazing! I’ve read some reviews about soggy nachos but I just had them right now and the chips were crispy and was abundantly covered with tuna and dressing. It also came on a bed of greens, which was lovely. The drink was delicious, enough sweetness and alcohol, great mix! I decided that I wanted some more food, so I ordered coconut shrimp too. All dishes arrived almost momentarily! What a service! And a pleasant addition is an amazing sunset to watch. You know what I’m going to say Highly recommend!
Expensive, but we're in Hawaii at a resort. We had the pulled pork nachos, "ribs" (which was actually pot roast), mahi mahi, chicken sandwich on a pita, tuna sandwich on Hawaiian bread, egg breakfast and Hawaiian bread French toast which were all fantastic! The margarita I had was very strong, and the chocolate lava cake with ice cream was awesome. They do offer various drink packages for coffee and soft drinks depending on your length of stay. The Friday night live entertainer was wonderful!
We had 9 hours before our flight home. Decided to try this place that is in the Marriott Vacation Club property. (I didn't know that when I looked it up on yelp). We drove over and Valet the car and walked out to the restaurant. All I can say is Wow! Great location in there lagoon area. A breeze blowing and the food was exellent!
WOW! This place is PHENOMENAL! We live on island and are definitely making it a MUST to take guests to! No wait, food was excellent, very reasonably priced, gorgeous sunset, live music, and super friendly service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We ate here and also ordered delivery while staying at the resort so sampled several dishes and drinks. The poke bowl and poke nachos were both great and good portions. I also liked the chicken katsu. When we dined in, the service was friendly and efficient. They gave us a good table to view the sunset (most of the tables have a good view).
We had the pork nachos!!! Amazing, big enough for two of us for lunch and really yummy. Plus the frozen Mai Thais are delicious!!
This is a nice place. Casual and nearly always busy since it's the main dining spot at Marriott KoOlina Resort. I'm posting this review because I have eyed a certain dessert item on their menu for a couple of years. It's called Caramel Knowledge. A cool sexy name that piques one's imagination. Well, don't bother unless 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream drizzled with average caramel sauce, chopped macadamia nuts (so far okay), but then surrounded by friut salad (like a Denny's diner fruit cup, blech!). Where's the sexy? Where's the imagination? The dessert get 1 star. Where's the chef's knowledge of caramel? How about Dulce de Leche ice cream, dark caramel sauce, perhaps brûlè some fresh pineapple tidbits, toast those nuts, and add a crispy brown sugar tuille. And for heaven sake, omit the dopey fruit salad.
Perfect view of the sunset. Excellent service! Everything here is great! My favorite is the Asian Chicken Salad. They replaced the chicken with tuna salad for me and the waitress said it looked so good she wanted to try it herself! Cheeseburger was excellent too! Best fries!
