We were in the Lancaster area and found this place through Google. Went for the Smash Burger Tacos. They were great. Also tried the Pimento Cheese balls with hot honey. Wow. These were so good! My wife got the Smash Burger with chips that they make onsite. These potato chips were amazing. I tried them with the hot honey. LOL. So good...we will be back.
Amazing food! Hand made chips are off the charts! Smash burger is amazing! Spicy fried chicken sandwich was delicious!!! Bartenders are exactly what you want from a “neighborhood corner bar”. Has a very welcoming “cheers” vibe where everyone feels like they know you and all are welcome! Will definitely be back!
From out of town and found this place recommended by the hotel staff. Whether traveling or local, check this place out. I got the Bing Bong shrimp and Philly cheesesteak and they were both excellent. House chips were phenomenal. The atmosphere was a whole vibe. My server Hunter was great. Gave recommendations and was extremely personable (owner give this guy a freaking raise!!). Not sure I’ll ever be in the area ever again in my lifetime, but if I am this place is a must. I could keep going about how great it was here. Thanks for a great experience.
Located directly across the street from Musser Park and the former location of Molly’s, this was a solid spot to get some food. What surprised me the most was how cheap and affordable everything was for downtown. I don’t think I saw a single meal over $18 on the menu and the food was excellent. They had a beef tip sandwich on special for $12 with onions, mushrooms and a horseradish sauce with your choice of fries, chips or wedges. The meat was super tender and packed plenty of flavor. Also, the smash burger was excellent as well. The second time I came, I got the roasted pork sandwich, which was the best I’ve ever had. The broccoli rabe was loaded with garlic, giving it an extra bite of goodness. Check out this new hot spot in town.
kyle is great he's my fave everytime i come in he takes care of me n all my friends! it's great to see a bartender here who actually seems like they enjoy what they do and aren't rude or take forever will definitely be in on kyle's shifts
I’ve recently added Corner Bar to my rotation of places to grab a drink and something to eat as it’s a true neighborhood bar with fun and friendly bartenders and really good food. Burgers, meatballs, and so many other things I tried are all great. Usually go when Jen is bartending and she’s a sweetheart.
So, the vast majority of 1-star reviews are coming from the unhinged masses of r/Lancaster, because the owner doesn't appear to prescribe to that subreddit's "unique" political persuasion. This place is a solid 4-star experience all around, but I'm bumping it up to a 5 to offset some of the crazies who think they're revolutionaries for review bombing a local business. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Recently had a chance to tour the bar, meet the owners and staff, and the place is amazing! All of Lancaster is talking about their food. They recently got review bombed by previous owners. I almost didn’t come because I had concerns but a quick read thru the reviews it was easy to see what was going on. Don’t sleep on this place. Easily the best bar in Lancaster!
