Really good ribs and sides, cold beer. Always stop here when we travel south. Highly recommend.

Came to this spot almost every day I was in town. The smoke bologna was unforgettable by far. Spoke with the cook and he was such a nice guy too! Great place to eat. Would highly recommend the fresh pork rinds!

I'm in town for work and multiple people told me told me I needed to try BrickHouse BBQ. While my company paid for my meal, I would be THRILLED to come back time and again to give this crew my food. Denise was my server and she patiently and attentively checked on my table while I spent way too much time catching up with old friends. My cup never ran empty, and she was so kind each time she checked to see if we were ready to order. The food was fantastic! I got the grilled cheese and potato salad. Sometimes restaurants have great food, but terrible service that you put up with because the food is so good. Not BrickHouse! Top notch food paired with top notch service! Thank you, Denise, for such a great experience!

Brickhouse is Liberal’s BEST barbecue spot, hands down! Generous portions, great flavor, wonderful atmosphere and the staff are upbeat and hardworking people. You can tell the owners, Jeff and Kayla, care so much about every customer’s experience. They are always introducing new menu items and events for the whole community to enjoy. If you see a line, don’t worry - it’s worth the wait!

We were in town over night and stopped in to grab some dinner. The staff was attentive and friendly. We ordered our meals to go. We didn't think about it at the time but didn't ask for any sauce. But not really a problem as the meat was pretty good on its own. While i liked my brisket sandwich, I really wished I'd gotten the burnt ends sandwich. I stole a piece and wow. I had the slaw as a side and was creamy and tangy, just the way I like it. BBQ baked beans were also really good. Really good experience. If I ever make it back this way, I'll be back for more! Side note: While waiting I saw a server come out with a massive basket of onion rings that looked fantastic....

Came to visit my husband during his rotation and he brought me to dinner here. We had Denise as our waitress and she was absolutely amazing she has such a great personality

A good choice for barbecue! I was seat by the host promptly. They were surprising busy for the midweek day. The server was prompt to answer any questions and made sure I didn’t have to wait to get my order in. I tried the Mac Daddy Pulled Pork sandwich. It was fantastic the perfect balance of heat ,savory macaroni, and meat. The potato salad was and flavorful. The onion rings were honestly the best I have ever had, perfect crunch. You will not be disappointed if you stop by highly recommend!’

The food was very good, the meat was delicious, and we had a lovely dinner for New Year's Eve.
